First time shipping a vehicle and was very satisfied with service provided, car arrived to mainland with no problems or blemishes (got a little bit of bird poop on paint job/eroded it a bit, but that didn’t feel avoidable really)

They sent my car to the wrong island, stonewalled me for a week, one email told me that it was being reloaded on their ship then a manager told me they sending it young brothers. Obviously one was a lie. Got it a month after it was supposed to be delivered. Got there undamaged, though, so there is that. I wouldnt recommend them.

delt with alot of shipping companies, they are a nightmare with even worse customer service. My advice is to go with Pasha with as much understanding and enthusiasm as it's a very difficult process (not to mention expensive). When you come from a place of understanding, Pasha will go above and beyond in customer service

Worst customer service. Pasha works with Hawaii Car Transport (HCT) who is a straight fraud. They missed our shipping date because “they weren’t aware that our vehicle was dropped off.” We have a receipt provided at the time of drop off in Oakland. Clearly someone knew where our vehicle was. Then when we tried to figure out when the next shipping date will be, we’re told lies and that our vehicle was transported & returned to the dock.When we called Pasha customer service, they said the vehicle was never moved. When I asked why am I being charged these extra transport fees then? The rep put us on hold, to call HCT. They come back on the line and said, we need to call HCT and that’s the only people that can provide an update.We call HCT, no one there can speak with us except for Lana. Now Hawaii Car Transport wants to charge additional fees for those transports. They fail to provide sufficient documentation of those transports dates. Scam!!!How was our vehicle transported around when we were told (the first time we found out our car didn’t make it on the ship) was that “no one knew where our vehicle was!?”Lana Ramis the customer service agent so called manager and her so called GM Paul Diorio are fraudsters. They claim to work out of New York. We’re charged almost $4000 in total shipping cost & made up fees to ship from OAK to Kahului. Even the customer service reps @ Pasha say they have heard this several times from other consumers. What a disgrace! Why would Pasha allow Hawaii Car Transport to continue treating people like this. I will NEVER deal with Hawaii car Transport or Pasha. I am reporting them to the BBB next! I would recommend finding another company like Matson to help with your car transfer.

Heroes don't always wear capes!!! I'm a responder and resident of Maui. I contacted my friend Reggie M. at PASHA Hawaii. I was instrumental in procurement for a meal delivery service to our KAPUNA on Oahu during covid, Reggie came aboard full force. He provided containers on prepaid 1 yr leases as a donation. I cannot say enough positive words about this organization, Reggie, it's employees, etc. Any and all negative reviews, either didn't give PASHA enough information to make things right or they just work for the competitors.... PERIOD,END OF DISCUSSION!!!!Scott Hornsby

Trying to make a dropoff appointment? I been on the phone 4 hrs! When they finally called back they rang once then hung up!! Really bad service. I even emailed 3xs.!! Do we have a choice? No.... only game in town.

Absolutely terrible service and company....sit back and hear this cautionary tale.-Booked 2 vehicles to be shipped from Colorado to Maui.-They said they would give us 24 hrs notice. They did not. In the middle of moving a truck shows up. The vehicles have not been drained of gas. So they offer to do it. I call the main office to verify and they say if that's done they will return them from CA to CO. Oh and they sent a truck that doesn't fit both.-They reschedule and tell me once again 24 notice. Once again they don't supply it. The truck driver goes to the wrong exit and then doesn't want to come pick up the cars. After calling Pasha they claim it's because he doesn't speak English. He speaks English just fine.-Get the vehicles loaded after having to accomodate the "non english speaking driver". Pasha emails me saying the vehicle made it to San Diego but are being returned. I have to call as no one responds to email an ask why. They tell me they sent the email to the wrong person. They proceed to email me again (again the wrong person) about the vehicles being returned.-Vehicles get to Maui. One is fine and one has the air suspension destroyed from where they over strapped it and scratches on the hood from the strap. They won't pay for the tow necessary for the vehicle or provide rental reimbursement.-We go through the claims process. They try to deny paying for the air suspension they ruined and pay less than the cost to repair the hood.- Our lawyer gets involved. 2.5 weeks later there is no reply.This company is trash. Use anyone else. There customer service sucks. You literally will not reach anyone by phone and their call back time is always several hours later. They are late, they lie and in general I have never had such a bad experience. Unless they pay for the repairs small claims court is next.I will update this review as things progress.Included are pics of the land rover as they picked up and when they dropped it off. And they are trying to say they aren't responsible for damages.

Great company. My Beamer was delivered on time and in the condition it was when loaded in Oakland. I will use them again for future vehicle transport.

Use Matson! I have used Matson in the past and everything went so smooth. This time I wanted to support an Hawaii based company and it has been a joke. At the beginning we had to send them paperwork several times since they could not find it in their system. You try calling and no one answers so you email and then after several emails you get a response. At the drop off you go into an office and stand there and wait for someone to acknowledge you while listening to a manger in the next office complaining and gossiping about an employee. Then you get an email to call and schedule a pickup time with very vague instruction's saying it is located behind the post office and you get there and there is one small sign on a locked fence before you get to the post office and no one is there. Then you call to find out what is going on and you can not get through to a live person so once again you have to leave a message. Such a poorly run company!
