I wanted to get my girl a Hawaiian themed gift, since she couldn't come with me. I picked out what I wanted online and fully expected to have to hunt around to find it at one of the several Maui locations. I walked into the store and was greeted immediately by both the girls working. I told them what I was looking for and one of the girls walked me directly to it. They even had the correct size in stock. It was wrapped beautifully and even came with a card explaining the meaning of the plumeria that the ring was made to resemble. That was a great touch. Awesome service, awesome selection.

So once again, this is number two of only two poor reviews I have ever written. Every piece of (pricey) jewelry from this place has fallen apart. Yes, they offered to fix everything for free and I appreciate that. Now, they have had my watch for well over a year. One of the first 5 times I put it on the pin fell out - simple fix. First I was told the repair people were not working due to covid; then I was told the repair people were on call and should be on it soon then (now almost 2 years later) I am told we will call you and get no response at all. I feel considering to this point; I lost a diamond off the same set of earrings twice, (cost $500.00 to replace the first time) all the stones in my signature Na Hoku necklace fell out (and they blamed me) and now the watch (they have had it 2 years almost) that they should at least credit me the value of the watch - I do not like to complain but these are very pricey items and the customer service is definitely lacking.

I'm very pleased with my very first white-gold Hawaiian Heirloom bracelet. Zelli Horner with Na Hoku in Kahului at the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center paid very close attention to detail and even made sure that the enay (squiggle) over the N (engraving on the inside) to Peña happened correctly. I dropped a watch off in Bellevue to be repaired on 3/02/2020 I was told it would be a few weeks. It has now been almost 6 months and nothing!!! I have called both the store I dropped it off at (Bellevue Wa) and the one is was supposed to be returned to (San Diego, Ca) and they say they don’t have it??? It needed one simple screw replaced in it!!! I have been repeatedly told they would call me back when they had more information, I have never received a call back and I have called numerous times!!! I understand that there are some extenuating circumstances because of COVID but 6 months is ridiculous and unacceptable! I know for sure they are still manufacturing and shipping new product to the stores so where is my watch??? Please respond if I do not get a response with my watch returned I would like a new one!!!

I am blessed to have a wonderful generous boyfriend with great taste in jewelry. I have received 3 items from Na Hoku in the past 6 years. The diamond fell off my 1ct teardrop earrings not once but twice. All of the stones fell out of my wave necklace, I had worn it maybe 3 times. The time adjust button/ knob broke off my watch I rarely wear and keep in a jewelry bag. None of these repairs were covered by the store and all items had very casual wear. Needless to say he has found a different place for jewelry.
