Scratched rims (offered to black sharpie them when they were gouged from the tire mount...) , all 4 tires leaked from not replacing tpms rubber seal along with bending them, replaced the rims but didn't put back my hub centric spacers so the rims were cocked off to the side (couldn't get a socket on half the lugs cause they were too close to rim wall and had half rounding like the socket wasn't fully inserted when installed), put valve stems on the inside of 2 instead of using the plugs, cracked 2 of 4 lug nut covers from over torquing...
Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Wasn't going to write this but finding my hub spacers missing along with the cracked covers was the last straw.

THEY ALSO PAINTING BLACK OVER YOUR OWN TIRES FOR MAKE LIKE THEY USING BRAND NEW TIRES SO THEY SCAM MY BRADDAH FOR BUY&SPEND MORE FOR MAKE HIS JEEP LOOK MORE LIFTED WHEN INFACT THEY NEVER LIFT HIS JEEP YET SO THEY CHARGE'M MORE! I gave 2 stars because they were able to get my vehicle serviced at the last minute. My issues: -Customer service is lacking -Bought two new tires, they failed to rotate the tires when they asked if I wanted that done. Didn't even put on the valve stem caps. -After getting an alignment, tires are now rubbing on the fenders when turning the wheel. Don't recommend coming here.

Don't know the exact dates but mid pandemic (so I'd say around October- December) I took my truck in to get my sway bars replaced. It is now March 2021 and I'm taking my truck in, once again, to replace my sway bars. Would not recommend this place unless you wanna replace your things couple months later.

To start, they have a full product line and the owner is VERY friendly / knowledgeable. The technicians are helpful and generally seem to care about their work BUT my negative experience was with the salesperson - I think his name is Pat. He seemed to be more interested in chatting on the phone than in helping a live customer (me) who was spending $2K on new tires. He said it would take 'less than an hour' to get my tires installed and get me back to my day, I waited there. More than 2 hours later, it was finally finished. Based on Pat, this is a 1 star review. BUT the technician was so nice and apologetic that I'm going with 3. Either go when the owner is there or hopefully a more customer-centric person is manning the shop.

This place is awesome the owner was cool he gave me estimated 4 new tires and took his time and helped me, he recommended a one mean mud tire but he couldn't found all four, so he told he was going to upgrade to something more expensive but for the same price but than one of the workers found the 4 set tires so we got back to the original choice overall I'll definitely recommend this shop .
