Craig and Joe at Cycle City Maui are the best hands down. I bought a Harley in 2023 and I wanted to trade it in for a Kawasaki ZX-10 that they brought it. They were super helpful with letting me test ride it two separate days and the second day being a longer ride. They were also very helpful and patient with me dealing with my insurance and trying to set that up before the trade in. We worked with each other for about a week and I finally got my dream bike the ZX-10. Go check them out and do not hesitate to ask questions about anything you need help with or are interested in. They put their customers first and make sure they get the best deal, the best service, and the best overall experience. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys for all of your help.

Shoddy work, waaay over priced. $200 an hour to change a tire. $30 shop supplies (air)
I am surprised if they get return customers.
Sent me out with a flat tire after paying $396
If you have a bike.. this is the last place you should go

I've had the bike serviced here twice now, and they did a great job. Kyle helped me at the service desk both times. The work was professional, affordable, and prompt. Thank you for the advice on engine brightener, she's looking young again. I'll be returning soon enough, maybe to buy a new Harley.
