I had a terrible experience with a customer service situtation. Shona was very rude and unhelpful and spoke very aggressively towards me and ignorant for no apparent reason.

For first 8 weeks of unemployment checks were consistent and would get to myself in 3 business days Thursday morning given the claim had been filed on Sunday or Monday.up into 3weeks ago checks have become pushed back to the following Monday. Or Tuesday .when asked why and irritated employee responds to message I had left saying that they have til fridahy to turn in weekly report of low earnings.which ultimatEly pushes check to following week Javing no compassion for of us guys thats unemployed and jave a set incomw screws up payment. But thia company chooses ro wait til deadline to turn in report saying we never worked during week. Procrasrinators for sure personally I like consostant on rime or ahead company's dealing with my money no y one who wants til end to do what rt hey were doing large toy fine rec e rearonating
