The Mattress Firm store in Kahului was very helpful in assisting me shop by phone and sent me a link for financing then after work, I stopped by and see the options in Mattress and frame that meet my tenants needs. She covered my sales objectives in price, competition, selection then close the sale with add-on items such as pillow, sheets to mattress protective cover and warranty . Thank you for your help and going above and beyond to assist us. I think her name is Taysha.

I would highly recommend Mattress Firm. Our salesman, Mike, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to answer our questions satisfactorily. If you are looking for a new mattress this is the place to shop!

Walked in to get a new bed and was welcomed by Chuck. Great bed buying experience as he explained everything and gave us the best options for our needs and wants. I'm so excited to finally get a new and comfortable bed. Can't wait! Chuck was an amazing and outstanding associate!!
