  They won't do a financial statement for you, unless already a client, yet in order to become a future client, I would need to begin by having a financial statement done. Silly...

  I went to them to do my small business taxes in January. I did not get my filing until August. Customer service is poor except for their receptionist Emily… she felt my frustration. I do not recommend. They are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!! Beware!!!!!

  They are crooks who submitted my tax returns late to the IRS due to their own negligence. Then they promised me that they'd pay the late fees and interest as an apology. But when sent them the fee and interest amounts, they never responded and instead mailed me an invoice with interest and never communicated with me ever... read full comment
