Jack was very kind and helpful and helped fix a broken screw on my glasses that I thought were beyond repair. It was not easy and it took him a little time but he got it done and saved my day.

Came in from out of town needing new bridge pads because one of mine has fallen off. The folks here were super kind and replaced both pads with a new set.
