“I have a few pieces of their furniture in my house. I love the style of items they have available, and luckily we won a raffle in the store for a gift card a few weeks ago, so I get to go back and pick out something else. It’s nice having a store on Maui with art and Hawaiian decor that’s actually cool and affordable. Would recommend. ?”

“What a great experience I had with Gwen at Pace Supply Kahului. I was looking for a simple part to a 2" pressure regulator .She researched it out and found the only way to get the gasket was to buy a $203 kit. She understood my frustration and continued to find a solution and found a $5.99 product available at Ace that should fix the issue. Great service with a great attitude. Thanks for your help Gwen”

“I received a call from Roma with Ferguson upper management. He was very patient and listened to the issues we had with both the faucet and show room customer service. He ultimately gave us a credit and resolved the matter promptly which we greatly appreciate. If our showroom rep had called us back as promised (or when she returned from vacation) with an update, this could've been resolved sooner. Roma could teach a Masterclass on customer service.”

“Our contractor recommended Ceramic Tile Plus for our kitchen remodel and we are so happy with the results! Liana worked with us closely to come up with the right design based on what we were looking for, and was a wealth of information around every detail. We had a custom wine bar, pantry, huge island, over / under cabinet lightening etc so it was not a simple layout. Every detail was examined and the final results are AMAZING ? The cabinets we chose were built on Oahu and shipped over to Maui, and are custom when comparing to the big box stores but with a reasonable budget. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment and you won't be disappointed!”

“So the shower valve broke at my 89 year old tutu's house to where you could not shut the water off. There was no shutoff valve in the water line going to the shower, so we had to turn off the water to the whole house to avoid wasting gallons.Went to Ferguson and as I had expected the valve was 30+ years old, not stocked on Maui and would have to be special ordered. Figured as much. So I asked what I could do to just cap off the supply lines to the shower in the meantime while waiting for the part to come in, so we could at least turn the water back on to the rest of the house. The employee at Ferguson sold me "shark bite" cap fittings and a pipe cutter, and explained in detail how to install them. Back at the house, about 10 minutes of work and I had the lines capped off and was able to turn our water back on! ?I really appreciated the patient service with aloha during a stressful situation. They treated me as a valued customer even though they mostly deal with big commercial sales and I was just a clueless DIY'er buying $25 worth of items. What a great experience. Mahalos guys, I will recommend you to anyone I know of needing plumbing supplies! ???”
