I came into Nissan Maui and was helped by John Makaiwi- Taueetia. He was friendly and responsive to my calls and questions. I felt comfortable and respected. I traded in my old Rogue for a 2023 Rogue. I’m so happy with my overall experience . The process with the trade and financing was smooth and efficient. I would definitely buy another car here. I wasn’t sure if I could qualify for a new car. And wasn’t sure if my car was worth to trade, I’ve known JohnV for a longtime and work with him before. So I called him to see what was my options were. He then told me to give couple of my informations over the phone. Not even hour later I got news that I was pre qualified for a brand new nissan Sentra. If it wasn’t for John I’d be still driving my old ford fiesta. John is very trustworthy and someone I can rely on. He even came to help me on his day off. Thank you John!
