I had an excellent experience, thank you. From the moment I parked to the moment I left I was greeted by a well-dressed professional group of people dedicated to making sure everything went well. I told them I was from Lahaina and we had limited car repair options. They were very helpful and helped me in every way possible. My repair was done promptly and I picked up my car in just a few hours. My water pump was replaced. Also would like to thank the mechanics.

Worked with Tehani Santos for the first time this week and it was the BEST experience! She was quick to send me what I needed for our mutual customer and made things very easy for all of us. Mahalo Tehani for all that you do, looking forward to working with you more in the future!

Kayla was the sweetest! Very nice and informative. The wait was not long at all. I had my 3 youngest kids with me and we waited in the little waiting area that had comfy chairs, a nice big tv, snacks, & drinks (coffe & water).

Called service to get them to send me a replacement part for a recall notice. Since I live on Molokai, can't just drive into see them. They told me to call Oahu. Called Oahu, they told me to call Jim Falk on Maui. Called Ford and they said call Jim Falk service. I've already had problems with the opportunistic sales department stealing my Ford Lightning that I ordered, put down cash and waited for two years. They jacked the price up 40% and tried to make it look like it was Ford Motor Co. that was the problem and not their sales team trying to squeeze out mor cash. Top it off they then took months and multiple calls to refund me my $1,100.00. Terrible sales. Terrible service. Recommend avoiding.

Needs -1000 Emailed with issues that need to be fixed on 4 month old truck. Service manager Rick emailed date and time and agreed to rental car. Get there and told only one issue and won't get rental car for a safety recall. Sick and tired of the absolute lack of customer service

Day 3: Service Department called my partner and after several questions he said they will review their video tape and get back to us. Day 4: Still no call back. Partner called "Matt" (Director of Service) and left a voicemail that we would like our tires rotated and not be charged again. Day 5: Natalie (Service Advisor) called and said the manager had reviewed the footage and had confirmed that our tire rotation had not been done. She said we could bring our vehicle back at our convenience. We're glad that it appears to have been resolved, but nearly 5 days in and multiple phone calls doesn't leave us with a great experience.

Maysen Tadena's was outstanding, ensuring a seamless car-buying experience. Kudos to Jason Stewart, an amazing store manager who adds to the exceptional service at this dealership. Additionally, Amy Hallberg handled the finance paperwork with precision, making the overall process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this team!! Got to meet the service team and everyone was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions super happy with my whole experience I will be sending all my family and friends here!

I would give 'zero stars' here if allowed. The service manager (Rick) should not have his position, and the company does not honor its quotes.Our car (Chevy Equinox) had to be towed to Jim Falk Motors because our anti theft device failed. We called them 3 times in advance to let them know we were coming; no one answered (this was mid afternoon on a weekday). When we arrived, the service manager (Rick) complained loudly to us that he had many cars that needed work and was angry that we had towed it there. We towed it there because we BOUGHT the car there a year ago, and its the only Chevy dealer on Maui!! After checking in, he told us to come back the next day to schedule a meeting. When we got there, we were told that we did not have to come in; we could have scheduled the previous day!But it gets worse: he provided a written quote of $1795 plus tax; when we picked up the car the total bill was $1952; his response was that he "could not control the cost of parts", but he is the service manager! He referred us to the GM, who has not responded to any of our calls, so we have disputed the increased fee with our credit card company.

Service dept should be called a disservice. Had an appt for 1pm and was told it might be a couple hours to get to my car. My husband is Mr. Polite yet they were so rude to him that we left. Went 1/2 mile up the road and got the service needed immediately.
