I went with my dad (Phil) to test drive a Chrysler 300 and we were greeted by Justyn Haywood at the Jim Falk Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership in Kahului. Justyn was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a sweet ride and Justyn's company during the drive was pleasant. He answered all of our questions and showcased the features of the 300 excellently. I highly recommend asking for Justyn at the dealership if you have any questions about their cars, he is super chill and knows his stuff.

Fastest and best buying experience with very nice sales men. Justin the sales manager is one of the best sales managers I’ve dealt with so far. This is my second purchase with him. Definitely recommend going to them for new or used cars.

My favorite car sales agent, ever, is "Will" at Jim Falk Motors, Maui. He does excellent research and follow through. There is zero pushing or hard sell. Instead he is fully attentive to your needs. He has a good background on all car types and he texts you whenever he has a car just in that is up your alley. He is young and bright. In the past, I have tried MANY different sales agents on Maui. I now say: ask for "Will" at the local kahului Jim Falk Motors.

The team at Jim Falk Ram, especially James W. were more than helpful with some issues we were having with our 2020 Ram 1500 Tradesman. They went over and beyond to help us find the root cause of the leaking interior. They also gave us good referrals to address the weak seal around the rear window panel

I bought a new custom Dodge Charger Dakota. Unresolved issues with the car from the service guy Sean and the finance manager Victor, both who have been dishonest and stringing me along for 10 months total so recently I contacted the State RICO office to start a formal complaint. The Lemon Law office referred me to the RICO office.
At the same time I requested to talk to the service manager James Weaver. I must warn you this guy is in bad shape and I'm not a doctor but he is not well and he needs help. I met James after the 10 months of unresolved issues. James said he knew this whole time for 10 months about my car issue yet he was very agitated and rude. He showed no patience, no aloha, no empathy, no listening skills, no respect, no accountability. No "please, thank you, excuse me, mam/sir, how are you" and other common courtesy etiquette present in his vocabulary and he is incapable of making an apology on behalf of his business. He has his eyes fixed on the computer the whole time, not once I engaged in eye contact with him. He whined about the sales office implying it is their fault. I said, "Wow that's how you talk about your teammates, you guys are the same company." I told him why after 10 months am I still going back and forth with sales/service departs. when you guys are the same company and now you want me to go back and forth again and talk to the sales office. James kept interrupting me by repeating and demanding for me to "go talk to the sales office" without saying please or apologizing for the continued inconvenience he was causing. Now I just met this service manager James for the first time and that is how he was treating me. My last words to him were, "Since we are having such a good conversation, what is your name again sir? He said his name and at that point it seemed like he was too exhausted to say any more. After the conversation, I was still sitting in a chair just 2 or 3 feet away from his office door and he slammed his office door shut. The door slam was very loud. Now here's the best part: I have my 6 years old daughter right next to me the whole time this service manager is talking a load of dump toward me. And the two service guys Sean and Phillip are sitting in their chairs by me, listening to all of this but not saying a word to about what had happened even as I walked out the door. I'm a lady but at that moment I felt like I was the only one with balls in that office.
Dealing with the service manager James Weaver reminded me of being a classroom teacher and I was dealing with a young, naughty school boy who was trying to hide their misbehavior by complaining and playing victim. Sadly, a boy that didn't learn his lesson therefore didn't get a chance to mature properly.
Luckily, I am now finally receiving appropriate and standard customer service because we are dealing with a new manager from the sales office, Justin, and a new service guy Phillip, both who are professional, hardworking people who have acknowledged our unresolved issue and it's people like them who will save the company's morale.
