Absolutely the WORST company ever!!!Overcharged! Incompetence! Chaos! Unprofessional! Mistakes made that cost me more time and money. I could not get a call back from the supervisor for this region after several attempts! Extremely dissatisfied and I do not RECOMMEND this company to anyone!!

I haven't been to jackson hewitt for a very long time and I didn't make an appointment but GIGI was amazing, very fast and helpful along with providing great service and helping explain everything! Highly recommend GIGI!!!!

Reason for the 3 star is I've file my tax last February haven't received until now..but rather than that everything is outstanding good people and everything is great ..i've been doing my tax there for the last 4 years..mahalo for your great service.. keep up the good ????☺?
