HIC is kind of a hidden gem. Located close to the airport and stocked with hats, swimwear, sandals and more (Brands like Hurley, HIC, Dakine, Reef, Roxy, RVCA etc). Not to mention the staff is excellent! I was traveling and I stopped by to pick up a hat, unfortunately it was after closing. I reached out to Judy (Manager) and let her know my situation and the hat I was looking for and she was quick to help me out. This has been a great experience. I will be visiting HIC again. Great location and we loved all the items. T Shirts, hats, slippers, bathing suits and much more. We loved the clearance sale rack. So many great deals. My husband got several shirts to add to his collection.

We came in for walking shorts for me. They have a 30 pct sale going on and an extra ten if you are in health care and have proof. The changing rooms are closed. I found some Volcom that I liked. I like back pockets I can close by zipper or button. And a nice fit and a front zipper that doesn't bunch and flare. The billabongs did. So no sale there . So two volcom s and I found a pair of all red - quicksilver board shorts that I surely don't need. But I like Red. Put 'em in da pile. The two young ladies helped direct us but Didn't put any pressure on us. Very pleasant space to shop. I would return. Actually a small store by area, but a lot of inventory.

These guys are awesome. Super friendly prices are good. Pretty much my favorite place to buy everyday t-shirts and shorts. They always have some sort of sale as well which is even better. They are local, dont get the confused with billabong etc. HIC is a local surf company and we gotta support these guys. Plus every single girl that works there is super hot! Mahalo Nui HIC

Walking in the store, you would think that nobody was working. Sunday early afternoon, two females behind the counter, on their phones, chatting with each other. I stood at the counter, looking at shirts, obviously looking for something specific. You would think a simple, "Hi, can I help you?" NOPE. I think the products are awesome. Customer service was terrible. If I was the manager or owner, I would want somebody to let me know if my employees lacked. I'm fairly certain there is a lot of shoplifting that occurs here too, since the employees didn't even pay attention to the people in the store. I'm surprised I didn't just walk out and buy online. Lack of customer service is what makes people no longer shop local.

Great product and incredible customer service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and was given some time to browse around before being asked if we needed help. When we did ask for help they were full of nothing but smiles! Fantastic customer service is what will always bring us back! They have everything from t-shirts, to hoodies, to hats, to backpacks and even the friendliest little shop dog! Definitely check out their sales tables! Those prices can't be beat!

Please bring back the old chairs. Those new chairs are very uncomfortable where the change falls out of my pocket. Whoever designed those chairs did not know what they were doing.

This is a very nice store with good service by the team. My problem is with the quality of the shirts. I bought two t-shirts as souvenirs and was pretty excited by the designs. After getting them home and washing them I WS disappointed that the bottom of both shirts stretched out and look like maternity shirts. The collars on both shirts curl up almost right away. These are unwearable. So disappointed.
