I’m unemployed because no more gas!!!!! This is not only affecting small businesses, it’s affecting the local minimum wage workers who are now unemployed because there is no gas!!! This will soon affect all of homeowners who rely on cooking with propane!!

We have been Hawai'i Gas customers for about a year and were very happy with the service until a few months ago. There seems to be a shift in the way they run their business. Not only have I had delivery problems (delayed supplies from the mainland is understandable, but the fact that Hawai'i Gas just stopped monitoring our tanks after 10 months of them doing it without telling us that we had to manually do their job for them is unacceptable), we've also had numerous billing issues which make no sense (but they're happy to charge us fees for said billing issues). When we try to get a straight answer, no one is able to answer our questions or alleviate our concerns, even after asking to speak to the account manager multiple times (we still have yet to get a callback). It's incredibly frustrating. I don't know what happened in the last few months, but this perviously happy customer has been incredibly frustrated with no relief of late!

Been on Maui for 1.5 years. Always used Hawaii Gas. Called and order gas on 01/09/23. Today 01/18/23 they delivered 6 gallon of propane for my 250 gallon tank. Called the office and Spoke to Tracy said they were rationing gas and I would have full delivery next Wednesday. I called again this time spoke to Serena said delivery might even be 10 days out. Never been late on payment. Hawaii Gas should have warned me at the initial request for propane they did not have the supply. Poor Communications on their part.
