In my experience with Hamai Appliance, they totally deserve their reputation for excellent customer service. The President, Bryant, took care of our issues on the Maytag dishwasher and refrigerator, despite slow delivery of Maytag dishwasher parts. Thank you, Hamai, for taking care of us on Maui so diligently!
