I had a slow leak that was really annoying had to fill the trie every week. So I made an appointment for 2pm waited 3 hours they said they fixed it and replaced the valve stem and then when I woke up the next morning my tire was flat, I live upcountry so this was not a good situation I used a can of fix a flat and limped the truck back, they took it right in and found a screw in my tire(it was always there) they claimed that it must have happened after they did the repair I asked what are the odds that in just a few days that the tire you claimed to have fixed would pick up a screw, needless to say I will not return

They were booked out a week in appointments but receptionist Janelle was super sweet and offered me a drop-in appointment, so I took it since I was in no rush and would just be at work while they worked on my oil change. Just FYI a drop-in means it will be done by closing and Janelle was sure to explain those details to me so I was aware what I was signing up for. It was fast for a drop-in, few hours. Picked up my car after work and was good to go. They are super friendly and fast. Great price and value and they don't try to rip you off. Not going anywhere else.

Super frustrating and disappointing. I booked an appointment for an oil change on the Goodyear website. It said it would be around $75 plus taxes and fees. When I got there they said it was going to be over $100 and it would take 4 hours. 1 star for the nice desk staff, but I basically wasted an hour driving to and from town for this. I ended up canceling my appointment and went to Walmart instead. $58 with tax for full synthetic oil change and it was done in an hour. Way more professional experience.

This place earned 5 stars for thoroughness! And, affordability! We made our appointment just in time for their $15 discounted oil change which included so many other services at no extra costs! This was our first visit and our future visits for now on when we require car service.

Customer service is garbage. I made an appointment online a week in advance to buy new tires. I decided to call the day before to confirm the appointment. The idiot I talked to said he never saw my appointment until just then and that they did not have the tires in stock. Wanted to charge me an extra $400 for different tires.

The wife has been going to Goodyear for years. New tires, rotation, engine work, oil changes. I used to go to Costco, but they are price and service competitive and easy to drop off and pick up. They do a fair amount of car repairs, so when my tire blew I started using them as well. Reasonably priced and competent. Now I drop off for oil changes. It's just convenient and they are great at getting back to you.

Disappointed with this place. I dropped off a tire to be patched. I showed the worker the tire and confirmed they could work on it. I get a call an hour later and they tell me they can’t fix it. I get to the store to pick up the tire and see they removed the nail then decided they couldn’t fix it! So here’s what should have happened. When I dropped the tire off they should have told me right then and there they couldn’t fix it, don’t waste my time. Second, if they couldn’t fix the tire they shouldn’t have touched it and removed the nail!! Now it won’t hold any air! For being a major brand tire company they sure need to get with the program and have properly trained employees or just shutdown.

Trish & her crew at Goodyear are amazing! Great customer service & Trish always tries her best to get us the earliest appointment. She even squeezed us in when we had an emergency with our daughter's car! They also were able to repair an issue with our daughter's car that no other repair shop was able to figure out! Thanks Rick!!! Highly recommend Goodyear!!! Thank you Trish & her amazing crew!!!
