Only Pharmacy that would fill my brother’s prescription when he got out of the hospital and has no medical insurance…. We went to Kaiser, Walgreens, and Longs and they all turned him down all because they say he has no insurance. The worst was the lady at Longs was the worst being adamant that no one will fill his prescription……. Maui Clinic Pharmacy came in clutch. I called because I was tired of going in and out of places, spoke to Jody she was the sweetest and we will definitely be going back for any prescriptions that we need to fill from now on… Thank you for being a life saver for me and my brother.

Les is the best pharmacist out there, he would bend over backwards for a customer and has! I understand that he probably is dealing with issues from moving, so give him a break he and his staff do better then any pharmacy team out there. My mother is dying from cancer and he has been a huge help getting us what we need.He makes us feel like family! Mahalo to Les and his amazing team at maui clinic.aloha Sean Parkman

this is the best pharmacy team out there, les the owner treats his customers like family. I speak from experience. I had it rough with a fractured spine being a disabled veteran and needEd extra help getting my prescription,Les and his awesome team have never let me down and always helped get things done! All their painkillers have been seized. After being a customer of Maui Clinic Pharmacy for well over 10 years I came in came in to get my prescription filled only to be told that all their Controlled Substances have been seized.They could not even be bothered by giving me a referral to another Pharmacy. Does anyone know how hard it is to get your pain medication refilled on Maui? It is either you have to be a former client of the drugstore or an act of God.In order to have all your Controlled Substances seized someone must've done something Shady.Shame on you Les for all the stress you are putting all those that are on Pain Medication!I was contact by the owner of Maui Pharmacy and he said: "We follow our state's medication dispensing regulations and we try our best to service all our customers the best of our abilities."I have to say if they follow the dispensing regulations so well why were there pain meds seized by the DEA as I said before Shady!

This pharmacy release your private information violation of the HIPPA laws. They will refuse to fill your medication and discriminate against you if a employee doesn't like you they will say your insurance doesn't cover your medication so you end up having to pay out of pocket only to find out later that your insurance did cover it and they double charged you. They will refuse to give you your medication that they owed you and that you had paid for if you end up calling them out on there unprofessional behaviors and remind them that they need to follow the HIPPA laws and stop violating your privacy. Then they will deny you a refund of the medication you had paid for but never received. The owner thinks it's funny to rip customers off then gets off knowing that you can't get your medication at any other pharmacy then telling you he will not fill your medication anymore knowing that it's going to cause you to be sick and cause you more harm. File complaints with the department of health file complaints with civil rights for being discriminated against file complaints with the DCCA and file complaints with the Hawaii board of pharmacys . They need to be held accountable for their intentional mistreatment and unlawful behaviors.

Be careful. We we warned not to go here from our naturalpath because she had experienced multiple mistakes in compounds. We didn't take her advice because we didn't want to drive all the way to Wailea. Long story short, the drive to Wailea is more than worth the trouble.

Wow! Talk about amazing customer service... I was on vacation on the Big Island and needed a specialty prescription called in by my mainland doctor -- the day before Thanksgiving! Maui Pharmacy filled it, sent someone to the post office to mail it 2-day, and I received it at my hotel on Friday. Couldn't be more grateful!!!!

Whoever answered the phone when I called with a question was extremely rude. Will not use this pharmacy again in the future. There's are several other pharmacies around the area to take business to.

Needed some items in a pinch and they saved the day. We called around to a few pharmacies. Drove 15 min out of the way to go to this one. They had everything, were responsive, attentive when we called ahead to check their supply/inventory for the items we needed, and hassle free unlike the big chains.

The staff are very friendly, the owner took the time to personally speak with me when something beyond his control was going to affect his ability to fill my prescriptions, and helped me to think of solutions to a problem. Me of the few remaining "old school" personal pharmacies!!!
