I received a call from Roma with Ferguson upper management. He was very patient and listened to the issues we had with both the faucet and show room customer service. He ultimately gave us a credit and resolved the matter promptly which we greatly appreciate. If our showroom rep had called us back as promised (or when she returned from vacation) with an update, this could've been resolved sooner. Roma could teach a Masterclass on customer service.

I'm an amateur when it comes to plumbing. Had kind of a unique problem and was having trouble figuring out a solution for a tub spout. Roma (Sorry if that's spelled wrong) was super helpful, gave me great ideas. He gave me the advice I needed to get the problem solved. On top of that he threw in a really nice tub spout that was part of a previous demo set. I'll never go back to Home Depot, Ferguson earned my future business.
