Terrible service. Package was late and supposedly sitting on Oahu for 5 days. Customer service said they would look into it and call me back with an update, but no call for 3 days, then tracking said it would be delivered today by 2:00pm. It is now 3:50pm and tracking now says "pending" with no delivery date available. Fedex sucks! Their service sucks and their communication sucks

Awful service, they won’t do what they website says they are supposed to and then blame you, the customer for their mistakes. When you ask them how they will make it right, they tell you it’s not their problem. Use alternative shippers.

I will never use fed ex again! Package 10 days late empty. Had to come down to this location just to see that they marked it empty. No sense to anything they do. Use UPS or USPS #putfedexoutofbuisness!

Because FedEx doesn't do general delivery, they took the liberty to ship my package to a random address they found in their system under my name. If a customer puts a certain delivery address, there is a good chance they want the package to be delivered to that address - and not any other alternative location. I obviously never received the package because I never lived at the address they found. I spoke to the manager and his staff in person and they were supposed to give me a call to update me on my package retrieval, but they never did. Very disappointing experience and the staff at that location is irresponsible and uncaring.

If I could give negative stars, I would! My package has been sitting in this office for over a week with very time sensitive and important documents. I've called every day for the week asking why it's not leaving the facility and they just keep telling me it will come so I sit at home all day since I have to be home to sign for it and every day they've assured me it would come , it hasn't. At one point they even dispatched it and told me it would be there between 2:30 and 8:30 after waiting from 8-5 , it left the facility and went back. They never even tried to deliver it. Every time I speak with customer service they just tell me the same things and just put me on hold.

We've been exceptionally pleased by the staff at this location. They have helped us on multiple occasions with our printing needs. The turn around is fast and the customer service is stellar. The store is almost always busy and they usually have the same three staff members, led by Dan, the Asst Manager who never seems flustered and knows everything.It really is worth it to come here for self service and full service copying and printing.

Every time I'm forced to accept a package from FedEx, which let me tell you, i try to avoid like the plague, something happens. This time, they lied about delivering a package, saying it needed someone to sign for it, when it did not. I was home at the time of delivery and whoever was running the truck just decided to not walk up my driveway. That, or what i think is more likely, seeing as how i never saw the fedex truck come down my street, they just never bothered to try and deliver it. Thanks FedEx, i really respect your commitment to being the bottom rung in the world of package delivery. I have a security camera, i just checked the footage, no attempt at delivery was made.

Needs to be more detailed so people don't waste their time. No scanner to do FEDEX returns if you have packages with no return labels already on hand.
