The business model has changed since the old owner passed. They seem more focused on profit than how they once were. We miss how you once felt the ohana when doing business with them. The installers, Sonny and his helper, were amazing and their work was as good as it gets. We truly appreciated the care and communication from those guys. Happy with the job , I was just disappointed in how we felt doing business with them.

Our contractor recommended Ceramic Tile Plus for our kitchen remodel and we are so happy with the results! Liana worked with us closely to come up with the right design based on what we were looking for, and was a wealth of information around every detail. We had a custom wine bar, pantry, huge island, over / under cabinet lightening etc so it was not a simple layout. Every detail was examined and the final results are AMAZING ? The cabinets we chose were built on Oahu and shipped over to Maui, and are custom when comparing to the big box stores but with a reasonable budget. Make sure to call ahead for an appointment and you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I recently finished a complete "gut" remodel of our new home here on Maui, so we needed EVERYTHING (cabinets for four rooms, countertops, floor and bath tile). Ceramic Tile Plus has a great selection of everything to choose from for each of these materials, with much of it in stock (which really helps when you need things quickly and also eliminates additional cost for shipping). The owner, Jim, was great to work with and he regularly gives back to the Maui community in many ways. Heather and Liana probably saw us more than they would have liked, but with all of the decisions we needed to make, they were super helpful in narrowing down colors and materials. We had a few issues with some cabinets that were damaged during shipping from the mainland, but Ceramic Tile Plus reordered everything and kept on it until everything was corrected. We absolutely love our new home here. Ceramic Tile Plus - mahalo nui for your help.

BUYER BEWARE. We picked out a granite slab last year while on island. We hired Ceramic Tole Plus to fabricate the granite. Not only did we not get the correct granite, the fabrication job was horrible. We talked to the owner and we're offered a 20-% discount for another counter. We hired NEXT LEVEL to replace our countertops at a better price as the 20% discount that was offered from Ceramic Tile Plus. If you don't care about the look of your counters, hire Ceramic Tile. If you care about the quality of work hire another company.

I went in with Tile names that I was interested in and had to call back two weeks later trying to get the prices. There is only one person who can measure for cabinets and that took three weeks to get a quote, I never got a second version that might've saved a little. Lack of follow up care just see if you need anything else.

These 5 stars are for Mary! We visited the store today to get a design plan for a small condo kitchen remodel and Mary was just such a pleasure, I feel obligated to write about our experience. Firstly, we have been looking for new cabinets for our kitchen for 3 whole months and trying to get a consultation with anyone ,has been damn near impossible or 3-4 weeks out. and this is just for a consultation! after literally giving up and coming to terms that maybe this wasn't in the books for us, we had gotten a referral to check Mary out at Ceramic Tile Plus. To be honest, we had been here the 2 weeks previous and walked around the store for almost an hour, with not one employee offering to help us or even greet us. It was a Saturday and apparently only 2 people were working and the store was full of people, so we get it,however, it kind of left us questioning whether we wanted to do business here. A week later we talked with a friend who referred us to Mary. so.. I called that day, got an immediate response and a consultation for the next day as her first appt. Once we arrived the next day, Mary was ready with all of my measurements I had sent and waiting to do business. She was serious and showed she had done her homework over night. She then continued to wow us with her design expertise and input. also, the fact that she was really listening and paying attention to what I wanted and needed in my layout too. this seems simple and part of their job, but after 3 other consultations with other companies, I felt like none of which designed the kitchen as to what I was requesting, i really appreciated Mary's attention to detail and her patience to get us exactly what we needed for our small space. She is a true professional and such an asset to the company. We haven't even received our cabinetry or counters yet, but I had to write about today's experience because we are still feeling so fortunate to have found such wonderful help after feeling so defeated with our project. MAHALO NUI MARY ! We can't wait to work more with you and your team!

I went into purchase quartzite countertops. The quality of the material I purchased was very poor. By the time it got to my place to be installed it was little I can do. The edges needed a lot of work because they were delaminating and backsplash was low grade material that did not match the countertop.. if you're looking for quality material don't come here.

My favorite place to go for ceramic. The selection available for a quick job is better than Home Depot or Lowe’s selection in my humble opinion. If you have time to plan and order the selection choice ramps up to endless possibilities. The staff is great from the front entrance to loading. Super friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable and most important, cool. Easy to make friends with the staff. They all work as a great team I can see. Customer service was fantastic. The most impressive is every time I go in the owner is present and working. How often do we see that anymore? I am definitely a repeat customer and they are great at recognizing that.

We purchased a vacation rental in December 2020 and set up a remodel for April. Our contractor directed us to two different stores for tile. We ended up finding everything we wanted at CTP, with a mix of In-Stock and special order. Wendy was very helpful when Alison had a line of people waiting to see her. And Alison was fantastic - professional and responsive through the entire process (to include a potential backorder situation on a special order item.) So glad we picked CTP to get our shower and kitchen backsplash tiles. Photos when we finish!
