I came in without an appointment 30min before close. They worked me in and I was out within 10min. Everyone was friendly. The price was right, too.

Super quick and efficient, called on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to see me in less than an hour and quoted me an hour for work and finished in 30 minutes! Great experience overall, replaced all 4 tires and a spare as well!

These folks rock! Super quick and friendly service. The price is just as good, if not better than Costco, and they offer way more options. I was looking for all-terrain tires for a smaller Subaru and no other place on island would even order them for me... they all had the exact same tire in stock and that was my only option until I stopped into Discount Wheel and Tire. They quickly found me the exact tires I wanted and ordered them for me. I was expecting the usual slow-boat shipping for big items to Maui, but they will be here in just about a week...that's quicker than Amazon Prime! And even with the shipping, mounting, and balancing, it'll be a few hundred cheaper than the Costco option. A new set of tires isn't something I expect "on demand" and that is the only thing Costco has going for them. I'm happy to wait a week for the exact tires I want at a way more affordable price. And to top it off the employees are super helpful and friendly.

I made the mistake of buying a tire from Costco- they refused to instal, as I have an all wheel. Thus Place put it on free if charge and we’re so helpful and kind!! Definitely recommend. Will GE returning here when I have the money to replace the other 3!!!

So our tires needed to be ordered cause they didn't have it in stock. It took about four days for it to come in but the wait time for them to get it out of the container at young brothers took even longer. My wife and I was discouraged so we went down to there office and David was awesome. He sent someone to go get our tires right then and there and within fifteen minutes we got a call that they have our tires. The next morning David greeted me and took my car right away and got my tires changed. Thanks David for all your help. Your awesome

I definitely recommend using this place. The manager & mechanic were so helpful, and did not try to take advantage of me, being a woman with not much car knowledge. They found out what was causing the problem and took care of it right away and I could tell they really care about the safety of their customers. I highly recommend using Discount Wheel and Tire.
