They do not provide customer service their customer service is zero !!!!!! What they’re policy answer to customer is to not service the customer !!!!Instead it’s obvious position is to reject the customer entirely and miss fill any prescription. And this is literally the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my entire life I would recommend everyone in the Pharmacy re training especially the managerand start over

For those like me who grew up on going to Longs Drug to shop. This store is the busiest on this island because it's central in my opinion. Staffing is limited be patient. Ask for items if you could not find in store. Staff will help. Late night until early morning stores are locked due to safety issues. Wave down a staff member in store. They will open doors to allow entry. Safe shopping. Highly recommended. Tyvm

The cashier made the extra effort to take me to the exact location of the sewing kit that I wasn’t able to find on my own. Excellent customer service support.

Corporate bureaucracy or just ridiculously POOR customer service, not sure which. My husband had a tooth extracted and attempted to fill a Rx and was told it couldn’t be filled because they are not contracted with our insurance provider. So we offered to pay in cash and they stated they still could not fill it. Offered no alternatives or explanation why we couldn’t pay in cash. We ended up having to drive to Lahaina to get it filled at Times Pharmacy who filled it without question or issue.

The pharmacist went beyond the call of duty in trying to get me a prescription for cholesterol pills that I had forgotten at home while on vacation. She talked to my pharmacy at home (From Maui Hawaii to New York State on the east coast. She even contacted my doctor for the script. She was wonderful.

Longs has "long" been a fixture in Wailuku. If you are looking for some tourist gifts to bring home for friends and family, (candy, macadamia nuts tee shirts and etc) you can find them here at Longs. They are open 24/7 (except for the pharmacy). So you can stop off here whenever convenient. Why pay top dollar for trinkets at the airport or ABC store when you can get the same stuff for less here.

The best place to shop to buy quality items at reasonable prices! Friendly staff always willing to help. The spirit of ALOHA LIVES!Just shopped again this week and the SAME GREAT EXPERIENCE! There’s 2 huge red and white signs on the store front proclaiming “24 HOURS”. Yes, there are 24 hours in a day. But not at Longs. 11:20pm on a Sunday night & door is locked. False advertising. Take down your signs. Taking my shopping elsewhere, like Safeway, which really is open 24 hours.

Review about pharmacy staff; after making an appointment online for covid booster and flu shot, showed up and the pharmacy tech checking us in is antagonizing me because the covid appointment did not register; keeps telling me I have to have an appointment for the covid booster. The pharmacists are floating around behind her, hearing this convo and that she is getting me upset by constantly repeating herself that I need to make an appointment (after I already told her I did online). Pharmacists do nothing, don't step in to clear things up or calm the situation down. THIS IS THE WORST experience I have ever had with any medical service; I have worked in pharmacy about 20 years in small mom and pop pharmacies, large in-patient hospital pharmacies, and clinic pharmacies all over the state of Hawaii and I know how to treat people. This woman (Allison according to PharmD Lauren) needs training and should NOT BE PLACED IN A PUBLIC FACING POSITION. I AM NEVER coming back to this AWEFUL pharmacy. Even Walmart, as busy as they are, have PLEASANT public facing personal in their pharmacies. Yes we live in Maui where there is a shortage of staff for everything.. yes we get it... we live here and know this. We are PATIENT but do not expect to be treated like a small child, antagonized and waste our time by coming in for a scheduled appointment only to be turned away.

Picked up allergy meds for my 3 yo here, pharmacist passed it over (after ten minute wait being ignored, which is about average for them) I took it home. Glanced at the paperwork for medicine and it has serious warnings about major behavior change and suicide risk associated with the drug. The pharmacist didn’t think that was worth discussing with me apparently? Apathetic to the point of negligence. Never going back

Has a sign that says 24 hours and a sign that says sorry we closed lit up at the same time. And the cashier told me personally they were open 24 hours. False advertisement at its finest in Hawaii. I swear If I didn’t live on the cruise ship I would never come back here again

Love this Longs Drug store, the one in Lahaina is also good. It has all your favorite Hawaiian goodies, drinks and beach items when on the island. We do not pack mich anymore as most things can be purchased at Longs, located next to a Baskin Robbins and the HIC store.
