Horrible service! My friend bought a A/C remote that was supposed to be universal and it did not work for her unit. She was told they wouldn't take it back because it was USED. DUH... She had to try it to see if it worked and it DIDN'T! Horrible customer service and now the word is out! She and everyone she has told will NEVER use this Company for anything in the future!! 0 stars

Cosco and their wonderful staff have been helping us for years now. Diane in particular has been extremely helpful with us. She’s assisted us in navigating this complex HVAC world in more ways than one. We simply wouldn’t be where we are today without her help. Our emails and call logs would fill a phone book and she has never, not once failed to get back to us right away, even when she was sick. Diane & Cosco set the standard for all suppliers in our eyes and cannot be praised enough for their attention to detail, responsiveness and the over all great experience they you leave with. From September 2020, well into covid.
Always nice working with them. New covid procedure is not bad at all.
Checked in, let them know I needed a line set hide. Could not for the life of me remember what size.
They grabbed all 3 and brought them to the front for me. Bada bing, bada boom, finished me job early.

Super helpful and attentive staff. Welcomed us warmly and kept us entertained through our visit. They worked with us through some challenging times and were understanding through the process. They will be our sole supplier whenever possibly moving forward.
