“Let me start by saying, do not seek advice from the internet unless you really know your techie stuff. I should have known that the problem with my computer was above my pay grade. I am a great bookkeeper, but I do not know how to fix a computer. So, using advice from you tube, I thought I killed my laptop at the end of the month when I had multiple bank statements to reconcile.
After getting absolutely no sleep that night, I looked online and found Maui Computer Care.
I took my laptop there on Monday morning April 1st and I have to tell you I really felt like an April fool. When I arrived I found a very empathetic, knowlegable and tech savy person named Kim Herrera. She put me at ease immediately and left me with a feeling of hope. She called me the next day and told me that I needed a solid state hard drive, mine had worn out. I picked up my computer mid day on Wednesday April 3rd. My ever so slow and tedious laptop boots up quickly, I had no data loss and I am able to complete my work in a fraction of the time It was taking me while my laptop was struggling. All of this for an extremely reasonable price which was far below what a new basic laptop would cost, not to mention transfering of my data to a new machine.
