Store stinks like shishi and so did the cashier's attitude. Gas pumps are super old and janky they literally had the same ones my whole life and I'm almost 40.Edit: well I guess we know why it stank so bad in there... anyone else saw the Maui News story? Place was shut down for a week cuz had choke rats inside! ??????Guess I won't eat the Spam "Mouseibi" from here anymore! ???

Store stinks like shishi and so did the cashier's attitude.I purchased $40 in gas and paid with two $20 bills... and although I think I did get to pump the correct amount of gas, when I glanced at my receipt later on I noticed I had been rung up as $20 worth of gas out of $100 paid with $80 in change... seems weird, not sure if the cashier was just incompetent or if she was scamming the store somehow. Management want to watch their employees more closely.

This was THE musubi spot growing up and I'm glad it still is! They had classic spam musubi, fried rice musubi, spam and egg and luncheon meat musubi. They also sell bentos. They taste just the same to this day! And, they have all the snacks your heart can ask for!

The worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Very very rude woman behind the counter .

This is one my favorite musubi spots! You gotta come early though. Staff are quick and helpful. I was informed that sometimes the card readers don't work too well at the pump itself. Best to come inside and pay before you pump. If you pay with card, and pump less than what you paid, then the rest supposed to get refunded to you. Might as well go inside pay for your gas then buy some musubi, sushi, or cone sushi too. Haha. Yum!

Some may say "it's just a gas station" but, this place has been voted the best spam musubi on the island in the past. Chevron was the very first place I experienced this local favorite. We also take our visitors here for a spam musubi on our start of the road to Hana. And I almost always fuel up here because it is so convenient. Right off of Queen K, lots of fuel pumps and pretty quick service. They also have lots of food items inside. I rarely ever go inside a gas station though. Pay at the pump makes my life so much easier. But I have been in and the staff is very friendly. We often purchase bags of ice here as well. This is my husbands go-to for picking up a case of beer. It's one of the cheaper spots on island. I've seen lots of other hot food items here as well.

Randomly they have one item we always come here for! One of the best spam musubis on the island. But make sure to come before 12 they sell out fast. As for as a gas station convenient store they have a good selection of drinks and they even carry some Filipino home made desserts as well. I am not a fan of their hot food selection so we always get spam musubis!

I gave up going here. The cashiers are always rude and rushing. . .The last girl there dropped my Monster Canned drink and did not even say sorry! I told her I'm getting another can and she was visibly annoyed. So I said, "Want me to call the manager out about what you did?" and then she apologized . . .but she did not get it for me. I still had to get it. . .Maybe she was having a bad day but today it reflected on the negative perception I have of this establishment. Forget you! I'm on to better places. . .

The musubis are not as good as they used to be. The teriyaki and spam musubis I bought today lacked flavor and the spam was small and tough. The rice was perfect which is why I gave 2 stars.

Craving Lumpia? This Chevron is more than just a gas station. Can you tell me which gas station serves Mahi Mahi bowls, Teriyaki Bowls, and Filipino Lumpia? This Chevron does. I have never seen Filipino Lumpia sold at any other gas station. I didn't try the Lumpia, but I did try their Mahi Mahi bowl. It wasn't too bad considering that it was already prepped/packaged and in a gas station. I recommend only if you're hungry. The gas station itself is actually known for gas. This location has a total of 8 gas pumps and the price per gallon at the time of my visit was $3.74. Missing at this gas station was the Plus (89 octane) and a car wash. I hope to be back soon. TIP #1: Lumpia is a spring roll usually with meat & vegetables. TIP #2: Reese's Peanut Butter Cups sold here

Cannot say I bought any gas here since I did not rent a car while in Maui, although Chevron does have good quality gas. However, this very convenient gas station / convenience store is a God send to visitors staying at The Maui Beach and Seaside Hotels nearby. You can easily walk (or drive) over here and stock up on essentials that travelers staying in lodging generally require. The drink section at this station is very good; snack variety is excellent. Best of all, gas stations around Maui, including this one sell Spam Musubi, which is a teriyaki-glazed piece of Spam, sprinkled with furikake, between two slabs of pressed rice, then roll the whole thing up with seaweed from top to bottom. Delicious! Lahaina Petroleum bought the Port Chevron station a while back and decided to spice things up with a commercial kitchen. Pretty soon the Chevron was stocking sandwiches in addition to the popular musubi and distributing them around their network of Shell, 76 and Chevron stations on the island. According to a story on www.mauitime.com, the "kitchen at Port Town sets up early and makes the musubi that will go to the other stores while making some for their store, too. They do this until the afternoon. Port Town sells about 200 musubi a day, averaging around 300 daily for all the stores." Gotta hand it to the new owners--they are squeezing more money out of their usual (hungry) gas station customer and the hapless visitor like me, too. Gave Port Town 5 YELP STARS for they are being so helpful to the haole who wander around their beautiful piece of paradise looking for something good to eat that won't break the bank. If you are not into spam, then a variety of musubis-tuna, fried rice, lunchmeat and egg, teri-beef and spicy chicken--can be found for around $3.00. Oh, and they also now sell a "double decker" musubi which is two pieces of spam and rice at one reasonable price. Yummy!

Hands down, best spam musubi that I've eaten, and I tried a bunch from Iyasume to Manabu's. Gas is good too, but let's say this, I go there at 11 am and they are all sold out of their spam and chicken musubis. Gas is good too, but spam musubi is what I get here.
