Easy peasy from testing to delivery. Great selection with a variety of technologies and price points. Even our somewhat oddball cal-king size was in stock. Super helpful associates with no pressure to buy. A much more pleasant experience than I anticipated.

I have purchased 3-4 mattresses over a couple of years from BedMart in Kahului. I think of purchasing a mattress with the same enthusiasm as purchasing tires. Neither is a fun purchase - there are way too many choices and claims that can't be verified although both are important needs. Joseph Ashbaugh is my go-to sales person. He is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He truly wants you to find the best bed for your needs.

I have gotten two beds from Bedmart with the help of Joshua Ashbaugh. One time for myself and the second for me and my husband. Both times Josh has been super helpful in finding the right bed for my ever changing needs in a timely, insightful, and non-pushy manner.
Also they have a great selection of beds and you’re sure to find one that will last for years to come.

So far so great. Bill Hollingsworth was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have made a couple purchases from BedMart And their customer service is second to none. I really believe that I got the right bed for me this time. But just in case, I didn’t decide properly, I have three months to exchange it! Also grabbed one of the pillows that seemed to be way better than the high-end pillows that I have at the moment! Really looking forward to trying this bed out! Mahalo Bill & BedMart!!!!!

I had tried 3 beds (2 from BedMart ) before I found the most comfortable one of all. My salesman was Joshua Ashbaugh and I have to commend him on his expert knowledge of helping to pick out the perfect bed for me. He’s very patient and did not rush me through the process. And he can recommend the best one after listening to what I was looking for to have a great sleep. Joshua will definitely be my slumber salesman from now on.
Thanks Joshua Ashbaugh for the most comfortable sleep nights I’ve had!!!

Joshua at BedMart Kahului deserves an A++ for his customer service and his follow-through. The Aloha spirit was alive and well when I walked into the store. Not wanting to spend hours searching for a mattress, Joshua offered assistance without the pushy sales routine. Within moments I found what I was looking for. And it was on sale! Then, to make matters even better, he made arrangements to have the bed delivered the next day on the West side. Not an easy feat. The two men who delivered the mattress called ahead of time to give me a heads up on timing, arrived within the stated time, went right to work onloading my old mattress and then set up the new mattress. These were quality people all around. And the mattress is perfect. Mahalo. The Aloha spirit can be found at BedMart.

If you need a bed with all the works and friendly service, look no further than Bedmart! We recently upgraded all the beds in our house, and both Brian and Joshua assisted us, and not only were they friendly but extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They found us perfect beds within minutes of being in the store. They gave us deep discounts as there were great sales going on, and included freebies! It was a pleasure to shop and they made it so easy. A bed is a super important investment and can be challenging to find the perfect fit, but I was glad they directed me towards the best. You walk in and feel like old friends, they are not pushy at all, and offer great service.
