My phone was dead. Couldn't view my information. They don't know that have a family account w almost $70,000 USD that I will be closing.
Kicked me out due to me wearing a regular muscle shirt. Staff said, "Although you are a customer, you are not welcome charge your phone here even for a minute." Horrible manager and branch. Will be reaching out to the board.

Terrible ours for people that can't get to the bank before it closes. This is ridiculous who can just take time off too get a check cashed.Please ? stay open till 6 again there is no more covid so please don't use that as an excuse.

Only open until 4? I work typically from anywhere from 6am to usually 5 or so here in town. Who can actually go to the bank during those hours unless this bank is literally just trying to caiter to the ultra rich here on Island. Thanks.

Terrible experience at this branch. I had an appointment with Alice to open up two accounts - and let me tell you, she was not friendly nor helpful. Very impatient to get the job done and didn’t take the time to ask if we had any questions or concerns. She made my mom and I unwelcome and if I could switch banks, I would. Kahului branch needs to step up their customer service game.

I got rejected for attempting to open up a business account for legal herbal products. All products being sold are both locally/federally legal and are being sold by legit businesses all over Hawaii. Just because your employee is not educated on herbal products doesn't mean they have a "questionable nature". This bank needs to educate themselves on laws regarding herbal products. Absolutely terrible costumer service.

Says they open at 8 but they don't open until 9 to general public. 8 to 9 is 65 and older. Employee at door was very rude
