The price point for the fabrics are a little higher than other stores around the island, but you see it in the quality and variety here. Super nice owner who knows here stuff.”

“What a great experience I had with Gwen at Pace Supply Kahului. I was looking for a simple part to a 2" pressure regulator .She researched it out and found the only way to get the gasket was to buy a $203 kit. “So the shower valve broke at my 89 year old tutu's house to where you could not shut the water off. There was no shutoff valve in the water line going to the shower, so we had to turn off the water to the whole house to avoid wasting gallons.Went to Ferguson and as I had expected the valve was 30+ years old, not stocked on Maui and would have to be special ordered. Figured as much. So I asked what I could do to just cap off the supply lines to the shower in the meantime while waiting for the part to come in, so we could at least turn the water back on to the rest of the house.The employee at Ferguson sold me "shark bite" cap fittings and a pipe cutter, and explained in detail how to install them. Back at the house, about 10 minutes of work and I had the lines capped off and was able to turn our water back on! ?I really appreciated the patient service with aloha during a stressful situation. They treated me as a valued customer even though they mostly deal with big commercial sales and I was just a clueless DIY'er buying $25 worth of items. What a great experience. Mahalos guys, I will recommend you to anyone I know of needing plumbing supplies! ???”
