Very unprofessional and disorganized. I was billed for 3 tax years in one bill because she didn't have her billing together. What kind of accountant doesn't have professional billing in place? Also, her communication is lacking and poor. I don't recommend Jen or her 'team'

Same experience as the other 1 star review. Paid $250 for the set up, switched payroll to ADP as she requested, switched over my invoicing to Quickbooks also as she requested, got an occasional reminder about running payroll ... then nothing. On April 14th I realized it was likely nothing had been done so I reached out to her. It seems they forgot about me, but she told me not to worry because she would file an extension. She emailed me a list of what she needed which I sent back along with bank account information so she could file and pay for me as she indicated she would. Then .... nothing ... again. I sent follow up emails that went unanswered. Now I can only assume my taxes are a week late and I have no idea where I stand.

Jennifer rocks. I'm a brand new business owner and I called with a bunch of stupid questions. I had no clue what I was doing. She brought me up to speed within 24 hours AND put me in touch with two other great people who could help me with insurance and payroll. She even sent follow up texts checking on me over the weekend! I really felt like a friend was helping me. If I ever need accounting services again, she'll be the first person I call without hesitation. Thanks Jennifer

Jennifer is awesome! I'm not only brand new to the island but also brand new to the business world. She answered every question I threw at her and plus questions I didn't know I had. I would recommend her to any looking for accounting, business or tax questions. She is very smart and personable and a pleasure doing business with! She is my go to!Update: 5 years later! Still working with Jennifer, she is your tax/business queen! Could not be happier, takes the worry out of taxes. She's a genius and there's no way around it. Goes above an beyond and all with a smile!

Paid $250 up front to just get set up with Quickbooks online, then never heard back from Aloha Accounting again. Come tax time, I was ignored and forced into voicemails repeatedly.Update: Jennifer did respond to this review and offered a refund as you see below. However after contacting her and showing proof of my receipt, my calls and texts are still being ignored and I still have not received the refund I was promised. I have tried repeatedly and it seems there's no more point to fight this anymore because they just don't seem to care.I would never recommend this company to anyone!!! Extremely unprofessional and I feel like I've been scammed!
