I lost everything in the. Lahaina wildfire, including my car. Acura of Maui gave me a great deal on a beautiful, low mileage Infiniti. Turned out it had a small leak in the valve cover gasket they couldn't have known about. They replaced the gasket for free (not easy). They didn't have to. I bought the car as is. Many talk about helping the wildfire survivors, Acura of Maui really did. Much mahalo!.

Ken and the rest of the guys here were very helpful. If you have a Tesla this is the best place on the island to go. Short wait and friendly service. Definitely will go there whenever we need service.

My 80 yr old mother took her car to hav fixed that was good bur.saddly to say that someone stole a custom cover for her bmw that costed 500.00,im her daughter i use have the car daily i know that cover was in underneath trunk area where it not visible .They have no reason to be in trunk they where changing spark plugs taking advantage an stealing from elderly.If thats not a monkey what is?

I recently had an exceptional experience at the Acura service department here on Maui. Just a few months after buying new tires from them, I ran into the unfortunate situation of getting a nail in one of them. Not only did they promptly repair the tire, but they also ensured that my vehicle was in tip-top shape.What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. Without me even realizing, they noticed that my safety check was about to expire and conducted a thorough safety inspection right then and there. As the cherry on top, they washed and vacuumed my car until it gleamed like new!This level of stud service is unparalleled; they genuinely care about the well-being of their customers and go the extra mile (no pun intended!) to ensure our safety on the road.The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mahalo to the entire Acura service team for their outstanding care and professionalism!

I had a wonderful experience with Ken from the service department at Acura of Maui. I actually have a Tesla and had a tire issue Good Year couldn't fix, even though the tires were under warranty with them. Good Year referred me to Acura of Maui and Ken went above and beyond to help get my tire fixed even calling the manager at Good Year and creating a solution to help me. I left with a fixed tire and washed car and would recommend Acura of Maui to anyone needing vehicle service. Ken was, helpful and I honestly received some of the best customer service I have received in Maui, from any business, since living here for the past 18years. Thank you!!

Do not buy any used cars from them here or in the mainland!! Took over 60 days to get ownership changed over because they hold onto the paperwork not that that really matters because the cars they put on their lot will most likely be like the one I bought in June. It's has now been in the dealership forRepairs for a month. They are also holding onto the money they owe me for the gap coverage I canceled over two months ago right after I bought the car because the sales manger said it was required to get the deal done. I spoke with the financing company a few days later and they said it wasn't required so I canceled it. They won't return my calls and or the finance agent is always busy or not in. Total hassle going on 3 months now since I bought the car. No Ohana in this organization. And the aloha spirit is dead in this ownership.

I’m a girl now that loves buying a car alone!! I never thought the possibility of that experience was possible but i sincerely experienced it! I walked in, no pressure. Questions answered. It was like hanging out w a friend. Best experience I’ve ever had of my last 12 cars. No haggle, fair price, no surprises that the competition promised. Brad is chill and knowledgeable, again no pressure.I had shopped at all the dealerships, mainland in LA,. I went there on a friends recommendation. I am very very happy. Highly recommend them.
