My washer is currently broken, so I’ve had to frequent this laundromat once a week for the last three months or so. The older woman (who I believe is the owner) is INCREDIBLY rude and degrading. Any request for assistance is met with annoyance and attitude. In the period of three months, I’ve had to ask for her assistance two or three times because the prepaid card that I’ve loaded with money has not worked on the machines (due to technical and/or user error). These being honest mistakes, this woman will lecture and degrade you that you don’t know what you’re doing, will inform you that you have to spend your own money to fix the problem (even though there is a “comp” card she has for issues like these), and that basically you’re stupid because you don’t know how to correctly use the machines. Steer clear of this business. No aloha, and just bad attitude all around.

Extremely rude (older) aunty working and this wasn’t even the first time. When we stood by her window for help with our machine, she pulled a nasty face and made rude hand gestures at us repeatedly. It was to a gratuitous level. Don’t know what this lady’s problem is. Shame because one of the younger workers here is really helpful. Go to another laundromat (Kahului laundromat is a much nicer option) if you can.

I've been using them for over a year to do my laundry. I really love the level of service I get with these folks. Terri is so sweet and always does a fantastic job. I will continue using them and highly recommend if your looking for laundry service.

I can’t say enough good things. Terri is always so helpful, I’ve been using this laundry service for over a year now and it’s always been perfectly washed and folded. Excellent customer service. I drop my laundry off Saturday morning and by lunch it’s done. Highly recommend!!!!

I am a very busy single contractor and have been doing laundry here for 6 months however, recently a few weeks ago discovered they offered laundry service so I tried them out. I must say because of Terry Delacruz, I drop off my laundry every week and when I receive my laundry, she impeccably folds all my clothes and organizes them with such care. I am so very impressed with her work and care. I feel like family with her. She is the bomb! You should try out their drop off service. It is super affordable.. but you gotta see Terry if you want the best in service and care!

the worker is rude. I asked her to help me out with the washer. she said you come every Sunday and u don't know what you're doing She said. So I answered her well it's not my fault. Then she answered me. yes it's your fault she said. wow! what a morning.

I gave this place 2 stars. B/c no Hot water, when I washed my whites.So all customers. You better check if can when using top loader.Now the question is if the side loaders are all on cold when using the Hot wash water mode?.Now this is a concern.The worker never wanted to rectify or refund my money. Or sort out to issue any restitution.I will only come back just to wash colds. B/c this place is the only laundry place open till 8pm.

Norma is the Bomb! She gives such great customer service and if I were to judge by that I would give it 5 stars. However, at times it is too crowded with inconsiderate people and the dryers are very inconsistent with drying clothes. The washers do not spin the clothes dry enough so you have to pay more at the dryers. Ice is the BEST deal on Maui! Little known secret. 50lbs. For only $8. And it is kept in a deep freeze so ice is much more long lasting.

Norma and the kind, courteous and very helpful staff here are always willing to help newcomers to their laundry facility and there is always ample laundry supplies and you can even invest in a laundry card.

I've been coming to this laundromat for the past 3-4 years. There has never been a time that I've come to wash clothes and all the washers and dryers are working properly. Big hassle every single time. Quarters are constantly getting jammed, I've witnessed this with several other customers as well. Washer and dryers do not work?! At least put an "out of order" sign on them. Watch your children as well here, shady individuals going in and out. I could go on and on. Today was the icing on the cake, arrived to load my clothes in the washer and there's dead roaches and a bunch of hair in the washer no thank you!!

My experience was the worst me, my mom and brother went to wash and dry clothes like normal we go home and half of our clothes are missing. Including school and work clothes I’m very upset because this middle aged woman who works there with an apron and headphones is opening random dryers and grabbing clothes I feel like our clothes were in that batch she pulled out to let someone else use it. And that same woman was extremely rude to my brother when he was buying snacks and drinks for us. He wasn’t even finished talking and she told my brother to hurry up because she has to fill propane she didn’t let him finish saying what soda and gave 3 cokes my brother corrected her she got mad and put back 2 cokes by aggressively setting them back on the shelf. Never again.

Not too busy, but a little run down. Some doors don't close, and not many of the dryers were coin op. Overall, I don't expect premium quality from a laundromat, so this was expected. It got the job done as expected.
