Waited over 1 hour to make a wire transfer. Then they wanted $50 to do that. Also asked personal questions about do I know the person I want to send money to and what is my relationship to that person. Lol ii was a frustrating experience.

DO NOT USE ATM OUT FRONT ATM out front eats money when you deposit cash. Deposited a some money several weeks ago and when I deposited the ATM count was $100 less than my own. I stupidly assumed I miscounted and moved on. Well today I deposited more cash and it happened again. Triple counted to make sure my $600 deposit was accurate. Machine counted it as $500. Hit "return all items" and thankfully got it all back- went inside to deposit.

I filed to open my application to open an account with the right address to my surprise they change it to a different address so the checks I ordered were sent to the wrong address. I did the correction in their website and again to my surprise they change it to the address I don’t know where they got it from. Now, I don’t know if I will ever get me the personal checks I ordered.

IIlove the bank .. Hate the hours! How can we do business if the hours is not working out for normal working hours people. .it makes American savings more convenient! .. couple trip to the bank to find out it's close!!
