It's a well situated Walgreens even though several items are missing from the shelves. I think the management is severely lacking training. The management must be sleeping in the back instead of training employees. I needed to buy something locked for security reasons. I asked the pharmacy for help, and they kindly informed me to press a button on the wall for assistance. After waiting for 10 min. I watched 3 employees pass by and finally decided to walk to the front to ask for help. One of the employees told me to try and press the button again. I informed the employee that I've been waiting and it didn't work. Instead of helping me, the employees insisted on trying again. I decided to leave. The management is severely slacking in this location. On a positive note. I decided to go to Target and paid 75% less for a similar item. I'd suggest customers go to Target instead of this location. Maybe after mangers start doing their job, it might be worth returning to this location.

Just came from a Salon relaxed and fresh braids in today. It’s a brand new day you know its Monday 22 April, 2024. Came to Walgreens drive thru on North School Street around 9:50 ish. Spoke to one of the staffs that work in Pharmacy not sure who but I know for fact she wears glasses. Drop off a prescription for my son's medicine. I was told the wait would be an hour like are you kidding me an HOUR not 10-15 mins wait a whole hour bruh!! So I said okay. So I parked and waited. I decided to go in like around 10:10am ish and spoke to her over the counter. She was rude like I said an hour wait is how she said it and so I told her I could wait in the waiting room so I waited again. Later on she calls me it’s ready then tells me my insurance doesn’t cover it so it’s going to be out of pocket….ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME?? She could've told me before that 1 HOUR wait or checked first then tell me I would’ve called my insurance or my son’s doctor to change the prescription to something else similar. It would’ve just save time you know also because her customer service was BAD I would’ve left a long time ago but because I waited anyways! like sis never ate breakfast or something I don’t know. Never again coming back to Walgreens. Just reading people’s reviews here sucks to work here. Get a new job Sis!!

I placed an online order for delivery to my home. Order was filled, then ten minutes later it says "you've successfully canceled your order" which I did not do. They even had the delivery driver arrive at the store, then after him being there for 20 minutes - Door Dash messages me saying my order was cancelled. During all that time I've tried to call multiple times. It just keeps ringing then someone answers and immediately hangs up (that happened about 3x). I always shop here, but have never done an online delivery order before. I know they are pretty good with answering their phones so whoever is working today is just horrible.

I don't come this Walgreen as it's out of the way for me. This is the one across the street from the Kamehameha Shopping Center. You can find some good deals at Walgreens, especially if you're in their frequent shopper club and they print out those coupons for you at the register. I've been here maybe three or four times. When I need to locate an item the workers are always willing to help. This store is clean and pretty well stocked compared to the one on Beretania and Pensacola. This time when I was in the store they had a whole shelf of Squishmallow stuffed animals. I thought I died and went to heaven. I wanted to get every one of them. The hubby stopped me and said that I didn't need anymore. He's trying to get rid of the ones that I have at home, lol.

Custom made prescriptions google search Walgreens or CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Most likely Walgreens Specialty is the one that CVS refers to. I called the pharmacy here to ask about custom made prescriptions. They had no clue who could help me. They work here and you would think they would know this basic information. Common Sense would say otherwise. They had me calling around different pharmacies for days asking about custom compound prescriptions. When it comes to regular prescriptions in my experience it has been ok.

Of all the years I’ve spent going here to pick up my medicine, I never once had a problem with picking up my medicine. It’s normally fast I had to wait 15-20 minutes. I never once waited for 2 days to pick up my medicine today. I had no idea it was hard to read a “prednisone 20mg i BID #10 x 0 refills” from working in healthcare for 3 years, due to dealing with patient’s prescription just about everyday, I’m not even a pharmacist or pharmacy technician and I am able to read it as “prednisone 20 mg tablets take one tablet twice a day with a total quantity of 10 tablets in the bottle with no refills” meaning as a patient I have to take it for 5 days. They’re excuse for yesterday was they tried calling my doctors office but they weren’t answering hence they probably was closed since I dropped it off yesterday around 4:30 pm and by 5 my doctor’s office is closed so that was forgiveable. I tried picking up my medicine today after work they’re excuse was “someone tried calling yesterday and the office wasn’t answering” like really that was yesterday. Have they tried calling today they had from 8 am or 10am (whatever time they opened) - 5pm to call my doctors office. “They’re excuse was they weren’t aware of my prescription” what a really pathetic excuse to tell your customer especially those who been coming there to pick up their prescriptions over the years I don’t know if the pharmacist/pharmacy technicians are new but I hope somehow someone see this and get your pharmacist/pharmacy technicians act together or retrained. It’s okay though I think I’ll be going to Long’s across the street from now on.

Go to place for printing. They frequently have coupons and deals on their website. Online ordering is pretty simple. I usually use canva to make the posters then printing photos or prints is super easy. Their online portal is a little finicky, but manageable. I've gotten everything printed here from holiday cards to senior posters for graduation (which is more important than holiday cards IMO) don't ask my wife. I'd recommend.

Pharmacy sucks girl answers says Walgreens pharmacy please hold and puts you on hold. At least wait for a ok. Anyway waiting on hold for a put half an hour girl comes back on the phone keeps saying I can't hear you so I said transfer all my meds to kuakini plaza and she says have kuakini call us. I had an amazing experience here. I was in the San Francisco airport getting ready to board my flight to Honolulu when I noticed that my prescription medications that had been check by security at my home airport were never put back into my backpack. I was panicking! I use Walgreens at home, so I took a chance and called this Walgreens. I explained my situation to Diane (on the airplane getting ready to depart for a 5 hr flight) and she said she would contact my insurance company and see if they could arrange a week's work of medication for my stay. No Wi-Fi was available on the plane. I didn't really think things would work out. But I was more than pleasantly surprised! When we touched down I checked my Walgreens app and my medications were ready and waiting for me! What a relief. I can't say enough good things about Diane and the staff at the pharmacy. Talk about going above and beyond. I'm so grateful. Well done and thank you, thank you, thank you
