I have known Bill since high school. He was and still is a gentleman. I have referred many people to him and they all say what a knowledgeable jeweler he is and what wonderful service he provides! I highly recommend WJ Irish Jewelers to anyone looking for honesty and quality jewelry.

Was recommended by a friend and my wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. Small, locally owned jewelry store. The owner Bill, was very accomodating, honest and up front as to everything dealing with our purchase. We felt like we got a fair honest price and the work done on my wife's ring was fantastic. Highly recommend WJ Irish to anyone looking for great customer service and a very fair price.

Came highly recommended by another jewelry store. I had broken my gold chain and needed to have it repaired. First place I took it to said they couldn't fix it but recommended WJ Irish to me and they were just around the corner The owner Bill was terrific, and very thorough, measuring my chain, weighing it, etc. Took about a week to get it back. I went to pick it up Saturday morning about 9am not knowing they didn't open till 10am. He opened the door, I paid for my repair which was extremely reasonable and he was incredibly helpful and personable I will definitely go back to him for all my jewelry needs

Let me tell you a story ... I was planning to go to the mainland for my daughters graduation in December 2015 so since my engagement ring was a bit loose, I thought I should have it resized. I took my ring back to the place that we got the diamond from. I won't say the name of that jeweler but long story short ... They completely MESSED up my ring!! I was so upset upon picking it up that I was crying!! It was not the same ring that I dropped off!! Mind you that I picked up my ring at 5 pm on a Friday night and then they closed. I took the ring home to show my husband and ... I was the first customer in the next morning. Too give the ring back....I sent an email to the owner and he called back my husband making all the excuses in the world. Then we gave him a chance to make it right!! Well a week later he personally called me to pick up the ring ... Guess what? Still crappy ... Still not the same ring that I dropped off ... By this time, I was so upset that I wanted to just throw away the ring... I didn't want this ring no more, it looked horrible and I just hated it!! Well ... Then my boss told me to see Mr. Bill and I did. I literally went there crying my eye balls out. I told him that I hated the ring and I want him to make me a brand new one. (My husband said to do whatever makes me happy...) so I thought if I could have a new new setting similar to it getting ruined then that would make me happy. Guess what? Mr. Bill was totally listening to me and basically told me " you can make a new ring but I am sure, I can fix this ring to your liking" I told him that the jeweler that messed it up tried and it still didn't work. He said you just tell me exactly how you want it and I will do that. He basically said you don't have to waste money on a whole new setting!! I was like ... Wow ... This guy is awesome! He wasn't trying to rip me off he just wanted to see me happy!! So yes he fixed my engagement ring and it came out BETTER than it was when I originally got it!! It was completely to my LOVING So with all that I said so far ... I was looking for a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring ... Want to know where I went? Right here ... Guess what? I got a beautiful wedding band that was everything I was looking for!! Keep in mind ... I didn't know what I was originally looking for and I was hoping that he would tell me what would look nice ... Instead, we showed me all the things I could do and explained everything to me until I knew what I wanted ... He wrote everything down and then told me that he just need to get a quote for the diamonds and he did ... To my loving .... I approved the quote after showing my husband and picked up my ring today!! I am so loving my rings thanks to Mr. Bill. I will NEVER go to another jewelry store for the rest of my life!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Mr. Bill is amazing and once you come here ... You will NEVER shop at the wedding ring store, Ben bridge, Kay jewelers, Robert Palma designs... Trust me on this ONE

I needed a missing stone replaced on my engagement ring, as well as a stone on my wedding ring secured. I queried several stores and diamond sellers in Honolulu before I found W J Irish. What a find! Not only did they replace the stone perfectly, they "fixed" a design issue that allowed the stone to get loose and fall out in the first place. They also cleaned both rings so they looked like new, all at a surprisingly good price. And it only took a few days! I highly recommend W J Irish and will definitely choose them again with other needs.
