Had the best experience, the guy who helped us not only gave us a discount on a shirt because we told him we were on my daughters make a wish trip. He recommended his dad Max for surf lessons at star beach boys. While we weren’t able to use that recommendation at this time, it was a very great experience!

Wrong hours of work. Came at 6:20 pm to purchase a swimsuit and this place was closed already even though google says they work until 7 pm.

Worst store hospitality. Would not do an exchange. store closed five min before I ran back. I Talked to the manager she said there’s nothing she can do after hours. I run a retail store I know this is not so. I would normally go back the next day but our flight was leaving in the morning. After I explained this to her she directed me to another store in Honolulu. I then told her we don’t have a car we are staying local. She said sorry and closed the door. I guess this is aloha.
