Valyou arranged shipment of our sofa 2 days after our purchase instead of over 1 week. Everything arrived in proper order and the delivery people were very polite and helpful.

I just bought this amazing coffee table from Valyou furniture because I needed an upgrade. I have bought furniture from Valyou before so I knew the quality was good. This coffee table fits perfectly in my space, so my family can enjoy board games, card games, with lots of room for snacks during movie night. I love this table because it’s sleek looking wood and very sturdy. I highly recommend checking out Valyou furniture for any items for your home. Delivery is always really good and on time!

We were in need of two new beds for our spare rooms for guests the holidays and found some excellent deals at Valyou. The online ordering process is easy and efficient. The delivery team was punctual and very fast. Also picked up a dinning room cabinet.Overall an excellent experience.

My husband and I discovered Valyōu upon moving to Hawai'i last year. We fell in live with the Pebble couch in the Honolulu showroom. We purchased a Pebble sectional and after moving into a larger space, recently doubled the size of our sectional. We have had excellent interactions with staff in the showroom and the folks who deliver the furniture. I've recommended the store to several friends looking for modern and unique furniture. We love Valyōu and will surely be back!

We had a great experience with Valyou furniture. To start the establishment was well kept. The customer service was outstanding. Kiana and everyone were super friendly and help us picked the right couch. Joyce and Maria kept us up to date with our order throughout the whole process. They even went out of their way to ensure that we received our order on time by changing out the cover of our couch. Additionally, delivery was quick and painless thanks to Kahale and Riah. Beyond customer service the value for their furniture is second to none. I definitely recommend them to everyone and especially my military people!

After not finding anything I liked at Homeworld, I visited this store and found two couches I liked, both on sale. Staff were super attentive but not pushy at all. After loosing a staff members card, I ended up contacting a staff member who posted the couch I wanted on Facebook marketplace. This person answered my questions, helped me with my purchase and made sure I got my $50 off welcome coupon applied. I had difficulty with trying to reach a team member about another offer to add on to my order at a discount but finally was able to do so. Ordered the couch and sideboard l and was delivered just 3 days later! Delivery and set up made by Kahale and Riah was quick, informative, and kind. Great experience for first time customer.

We were moving to Oahu from California, and we needed to find a good place to order our furniture ahead of time so that we did not show up to our new place with nothing. We also needed a place that offered delivery options. And we found it with Valyou!!! Customer service, ordering, scheduling delivery and delivery was excellent!!! The style of the items are very modern beach which I love too :)) Overall, highly recommend.

My wife and I love shopping here for our rentals, and our home. The quality is great and the price point is fair. We also love working with Maria. She is always responsive and lets us know when sales are coming up. Working with the logistics team has been easy, as we have had to reschedule deliveries countless times as we wait for remodels to complete. The store has had no issues with us buying a month or two months ahead of remodel completion, which we really appreciate. Definitely recommend this business.

Very comfortable and stylish sectional. Beautiful cream color. Stains clean up very easy without residuals. Our Beagle definitely loves the sofa and is trying to take over.

We love, love, love our living room (Feathers line) and bedroom (Tiana bed frame) furniture we purchased from Valyou Furniture. The quality combined with the pricing beat anything else we could find on island or even online. Communication was excellent from the time we ordered to the time it was delivered. The store salespeople were friendly and answered all questions that we had. It was delivered on time as promised and delivery guys were super considerate and put everything together fast but without sacrificing quality. Totally impressed by the whole experience. Would highly recommend Valyou Furniture!

Excellent customer service from the Kapolei store. All the workers are kind, friendly, and very attentive! We are in love with the look and feel of our Apollo sofa. We had our sofa delivered to our house in as little as a 1 week!

The worst company ever!!! To keep it short, I ordered a couch in December and never received it, and it is now July. They never emailed or called to tell me the couch got delayed months; they just left me hanging. I waited 7 months for simple couch, and they didn't even have the decency to tell me it has been delayed. They kept saying next month for 4 months. i finally had enough and asked for a refund, which they said would take weeks to get ahold of that dept. So, I finally got a refund confirmation, they said 7-14 days for a refund, it will be in my account. It is now 25 days and no refund. They keep saying 7-14 days... it is the same thing they have done with the couch. Just like the couch, I assume I WILL NOT see my money ever again. If you hate money, quality furniture, good service, and being lied to, this is the company for you! 0/5 Stars
