Excellent service from Armando who helped me find a pair of beautiful Valentino sandals my friend has been searching for months in California and beyond. I was so happy to find them for her but there was a discount and of course way lower Hawaii tax than Cali.Armando was so kind, friendly and made sure service was great!

Bought a couple pairs of shoes, one of the flip flaps was damaged, called the store and sent email as I was instructed with pictures but got no answer at all. Neiman Marcus and other big department store will take it back. I won’t shop at this store anymore.

Decided to treat myself to a pair of Rockstud Bow Jelly Sandals! I am so SO in love with them! These sandals are perfect for nice outings on those days you just don't feel like wearing heels. Being someone who loves "cutesy" things, this was definitely worth every bang of my buck. No regrets at all! Much kudos to my salesperson, Kay for helping me! Coming into the store, she was very warm and welcoming. She informed every single detail about the merchandise and the brand itself. Although they didn't have the color that I wanted because of the limited stock that they are able to receive, she offered to order and notify me when they get more in stock. I was super thankful for her excellent service! I will definitely come back here to buy more of their merchandise because everything is just SO cute!

I had the best service here and I would definitely return. Excellent service. My hubby bought me 2 pairs of amazing shoes. I had LV, Gucci, Prada, Stella....now I'm ready to switch to something different. My hubby is the bestest!

No one answers the phone and I'm waiting for them to explain why they sold me defective shoes that look like they aren't real Valentino's...I'm disappointed and think they make it very difficult to get issues resolved. I've been calling the store all day and no one answers, emailed customer service and the store...still waiting for a response. I'll repost when they respond
