I was here today to mail some used clothes and a gym bag to my daughter in the Mainland. And because it was bunch of clothes, it was heavy. I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. So I asked a lady at the counter (Samantha) not expecting any helpful advice. “Ma’am, what will be the best (cheapest)way to send this box to the mainland?” She said “let me weigh it first and then let’s figure it out!” She then weighted my box and said “this thing is heavy, the best(Cheapest) way for you to Mail this, will be in a large flat rate box!” And then she Pointed out where I could find that box.
When I tried to put my pre-packed bag into the large flat rate box, the box would not close. I was so disappointed and worried that now it’s gonna cost me a fortune to send this with the regular rates. That’s when she came to rescue me and said “ oh no, The box has to be completely closed and Show no gaps Between the wings… Here, let me help you!”
She then took the box and pressed, closed tightly and taped it so well it was almost like an air proof!! And then with a big smile on her face she said “now you can send it with a flat rate!” As if she just saved her own money or something…
Samatha, thank you so much for your kindness and compassion.
Dear director/manager of this post office,
Please give Samantha a raise or promotion! she well deserves it!

Just went there around 4.45pm to buy a stamp and a money order. The senior staff is really nice and friendly🥹 he explained me everything since I’ve never used these stuff before 🙏

Very friendly service. Heads up before waiting in the long line - you must bring return packages already taped. I thought they would need to view inside to confirm the package like other mailing centers but they don’t. Tape it up yourself (or buy tape in line) and have everything ready BEFORE you get to the front or you will get sent to the side and have to get back in line. Plenty of parking is a plus!

That lady jenny I don't know if she's the manager but she has a very bad attitude I don't know if something happened in her life to make her unhappy that's why she has such a bad temper but since you chose this job then you have to at least serve your guests! If you don't want to serve the customers then you should go home.

No line Saturday afternoon. In and out. Located on the 1st floor under shibuya.

Only 2 employees so took 40 minutes waiting in a long line to get to the counter.
From now on it is cheaper and easier to mail a gift check.

Full queue, 2 employees. Typical of post offices everywhere. At least it's air conditioned and the employees were nice. USPS is on the 1st floor between Marshalls and The Vitamin Shoppe.
