My partner and I bought our board and gave it back to the shop to sell it because we were moving. That was TWO years ago. We heard about the fire and our board was supposedly burned down in it. We were extremely patient and understanding but also emailed them immediately to see what the next steps will be. After all this time, we are yet to receive our money for the board and we have been calling/ emailing them every other day for the past 2 months and the matter remains unresolved. It’s been too long and the communication has not improved. We are extremely frustrated with the people who work here and do not recommend doing business with them.

Friendly staff was very knowledgeable with helping me purchase my first Fish after being on a soft top for a couple years. Explain every part of the board and how it would help improve my progression. I purchased the board, tried it out during my vacation, caught some waves, and fell in love with it. They offered to ship the board home for me. Now I'm patiently waiting for it to arrive. Will definitely go back to buy another board on my next trip.

Recently sold my board here. Makes life easier than trying to sell it myself. Owner and staff were great and the board sold for a reasonable price. They have some nice boards new and used. Worth checking out! Thank you Used Surfboards Hawaii.

Wanted to reach out and mention how awesome these guys are!My longtime board was buckled and needed a new one shipped to Molokai in a hurry. I was able to view the boards online and speak to a shop representative about shipping with Kamaka air in a couple of days. They provided excellent customer service with Aloha and love the new Torq Don HP Longboard.Mahalo to the Used Surfboards Hawaii team for going the extra mile and making it happen! Stoked!!!
