Yesterday I took framed artwork to be packed and shipped to the mainland for my daughter. These were one-of-a-kind pieces and very dear to our family. I was greeted by Rocio at the door with my wagon full of art. She immediately put me at ease. She organized the entire process. She verified values for insurance purposes, suggested the best way to package the pieces and documented everything. It was a seamless process that put me at ease. She even made sure I got a AAA discount for this very expensive undertaking. Rocio was professional, but when the transaction was completed, she felt like an old friend. I can't thank her enough for her help. I will be going back.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Cody. Cody went above and beyond helping me with a difficult passport with a child form. He emailed me back responding to me instantly after I emailed him. I then went into get the form notarized and he also helped with that then I went in a second time to Xerox other personal documents and I wasn’t comfortable with even the Xerox machine and he helped me copy. Every single document was so kind and helpful and knowledgeable thank you so much for all your help

For reference, I've been working in retail since 1987. I know what good customer service is and realize that workers are human and have bad days. This review has been in the works for some time (debated about it for about 6 months), but the last 4 visits put me over the top.Service depends on who is working. An older, short haired woman (who may be a manager) can be demanding to customers. I've had her tell me (not ask me) in a very abrupt manner to "hold up your phone...like a wall!" so she can scan my QR code to the angle of her liking. She claims it's b/c of the glare on the screen, but she's the only employee who says that and it works fine flat, "like the floor" with the other employees. Also, the young, new girl (Angel) is moody. She thanked me for pre-packing my return on one visit, then grilled me with questions without explaining why she was asking on the next visit. The guys there are good, though. Never had "attitudes" and always say thank you. I am going to Whole Foods for my returns from now on. Less work for the ladies to do anyway.

The Kahala location - they have awesome customer service. Everyone gladly help you with shipping needs, regardless of the size of the project you have. Prices are transparent & they offer you alternative shipping options. This is the only location I would go to. I used to be a USPS til they cut their hours, people aren’t friendly, and they run out of shipping materials.

I love this store and have had a mailbox here for years. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful to me. I’ve also used their shipping services on occasion with no problems. Sure, I’ve noticed that it can get super busy here, but I think we just have to show some patience. Mahalo!
