One way to reflect intelligence is to have willingness to help others, listen to them and regardless be kind. Because that’s great quality of a person who works in the customer service industry. It is obvious to all of us you hate working and working for people. Then allow some people who need a job that are kind and helpful so that we want to come help your business grow. I at this point would rather drive far to use different stores of ups. You are a failure.

They picked up our package from out hotel told it would be about 200 to ship. Then charges us 350. So we back charge what we didnt agree to pay. Then just just hold our package hostage demanding the 350$ Mind you this is like a 4 lb item. These guys rip you off done use them.

First and last time to come in this spotFirst step to the store have kids running around l don't mind but make Brand image look bad next l asking for printing the lady with long black hair with eyeglasses said sent to this email and l did it one time and asking that she get it or not she answer me back with no energy and told me to wait while l waiting they talking make fun together so loud feel like home not business at all after 5 min later no one in the store trying to help or doing something that they job should do until l try to asking 2-3 times have other lady asking me what my email name when l answer back she laughing this so rude and resist l can't believe this lady make fun of my name also l asking her back "are you manager?” she point to other lady sit on the floor behind while playing with kids after that she asking me why l asking for manager l said no one here trying to helping me not finish my words lady with eyeglasses cut my conversation wth a bad mood and told me to get out and grab my printing at the back no need to pay!! What!!! I told them l’m coming to use a service and l don't have anyone try to helping me that's why l’m asking for review to manager l don't want to get free!!! Even manager standing with a poor face no service mind told me to grab my print and get out but l confirm them to pay before left so bad terrible experience don't recommendPs.If you running business like this is not a good way also if l’m the owner here l definitely don't hiring them and hope you guy take class about how customer service should do before working!Warning!! This location is absolutely the best most accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly UPS station / store that I have ever experienced. That includes California, Nevada, Colorado, Oregon,... Amazing.

Following a terrible experience at the UPS Store on Makaloa St (ref my review on that store), I drove to this location to return my two Amazon shipments. The staff graciously and efficiently helped me in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way. This UPS Store will get my future business even though it is a bit further of a drive. Great customer service!

EDIT: I guess it's my fault for going to a store to find the standard procedures. As shown in the response. all the 1-star rating are true about this store's customer service. Calling customers liars and using negative TONES (as my review stated) to give snide remarks. 1 star rating STANDSI'm convinced all these 5 stars are fake. Walked in inquiring about a package that was "attempted" a few days ago and was greeted with "What are you stupid" tone They said, follow the paper. Now I've left the paper and lone behold it's been 5 days and still no package. Cancelled it, and now I'll order it through someone who uses USPS or FedEx. UPS literally is trash at communicating.

Jodi is a horrible person. I am filing a criminal complaint against her for mail theft. Do not go here! The employees all have no clue what they are doing. They are all mean and nasty ppl. And the owner, Jodi is just plain evil.

Terrible customer service. I went to use the notary service, my appointment was for 2:30 pm, I arrived half and hour later, and while I was waiting for the other party to arrive, I was on a phone call, the other party arrived at 2:15pm, and I mentioned to the lady that the other party was there; and she replied: you were all the time on the phone, step a side your appointment is at 2:30pm. I was not asking to do it earlier, I also don’t need her permission to be on the phone while waiting and a kind answer would have been more appropriate that the one I received.
