Fast, efficient, friendly. They are happy to help you within reason, but don't forget that materials cost money and they're not going to give away everything for free. I'll continue using this location as my local UPS store.

The first service where they charged me for the sticker and its printing. The official version sounded like this: different ups have different rules. I will use this shipping point again - definitely not! I will recommend this shipping point to my friends - definitely not!

$4.19 to print two labels for me. Not to create them, measure, weigh, pack… just to print two papers. UPS store on Kapahulu charges me $0.30 or nothing to print a label. Enough said.
Btw the store is up the stairs, the parking is always full and the stairs and the passage are very narrow, so all things considered, following today’s experience, this location is definitely to avoid.

this is the worse UPS store i’ve been to. the female employees are rude for no reason at all. first off, they NEVER greet you. when you go to other UPS locations, right when you walk in the door the employees are like “hi! how can i help you?”. at this location, you walk in and they just stare at you in silence like you’re an alien. then they give you attitude right off the bat or make you wait a long time while they do something else even though they clearly see you standing there and just stare at you not saying anything like “i’ll be with you shortly” even though the store is completely empty.
i brought an amazon return in once and put it on the scale. and the young girl working goes so wheres the box in a sassy way talking to me like i’m stupid. and i said sorry what do you mean and she rudely said you have to pack this item yourself and just shoves it back at me. and leaves it at that waiting for me to leave with a sassy petty stupid look on her face. while all the other employees behind the counter just stare and don’t say anything or help at all. i did not know it had to be packed up in a box so i just brought the item in like many of the other amazon returns i’ve brought to UPS. she was so grouchy. i wish i got her name. don’t work in customer service if you’re just going to be miserable and rude to customers coming in.
i’m confused how these people were hired but then again, i seen multiple other reviews about how the owner of this location is just as rude and unprofessional as the employees. moral of the story - the people at this location hate their jobs. all 4 times i’ve gone in, they are all rude and grouchy for no reason. i’ve never gone in once and been helped by an employee in a good mood. avoid this location!
i’m happy none of the other UPS stores i’ve been to on the island are like this. you go in the store and the employees are smiley and welcoming. the employees at other stores are very friendly, helpful and quick to assist.
This store needs to better train their employees in proper customer care or find new people. The owner replies to the comments apologizing for the poor experiences customers have had over the last several months but it just continues. the first time i stepped in this store was 3 years ago and i was treated no better. I see the owner stated 3 months ago that their new team is improved but this just happened at the end of march this year so less than 2 months ago.

The team here are friendly and helped out tremendously with my move, 4 or 5 huge boxes total and they packed it all for me and made the process easy and seamless and they even gave me tips to help me save some money. Jena and her other associates are the best. I shipped a full tower PC which weighed almost 50lbs and arrived at destination in perfect condition.

DONT BRING AMAZON RETURNS.This place should be investigated!They are charging people for service that is supposed to be free. Like when amazon says, "Just drop off package and they will pack and ship for you, no charge." They charge. And they make you feel bad.

I wish I would have read the previous reviews before entering this UPS Store to return two Amazon shipments. My one star rating is mandatorily generous; it should be zero. I attempted to return two Amazon items, per the instructions in my Amazon return message. The man and woman employees present showed me a laminated card that said my items must be wrapped in a box or brown paper bag. My items were already in cardboard boxes. I asked why I couldn’t return the items in their original boxes, and the woman employee said they must be in another box, essentially a box in a box. I opened my Amazon return message and read the instructions aloud “securely pack your items in a box… show your QR code to the store asscociate…,” which is what I did. Nowhere in the instructions does it say to place the box in another box. The woman employee didn’t seem to like this and demanded that my return be placed in another box. Then she started rudely quizzing me about the boxes that my items were packed in, asking about shipping labels and were these the original boxes that were shipped to me. Frustrated with the situation and interrogation, I said “I guess I’ll go to another store,” to which the woman employee replied “that would be good.”I drove to the UPS Store in Kapahulu, and this store happily accepted my returns in the original packaging, no questions asked, and hassle free.I took the time out of my day to return to this store and inform the woman employee that the UPS Store in Kapahulu returned my Amazon items in the original packaging, and the Kapahulu store would be getting all of my future business. She condescendingly replied “Oh thanks so much. Bye bye.”I echo previous review recommendations, take your shipping business elsewhere and avoid the unnecessary frustration and inquisition at this UPS Store location. In the future, I will gladly drive an extra 10 minutes to Kapahulu to visit the UPS Store that graciously helped me.

The new owner is kind. It seems like the whole family is working together. It was return for the Amazon, but they took care of it quickly.Parking is also a lot if you go up to the second floor.

Had some Amazon returns and they wanted $16 for a tiny box and then additional charge for 3 inches of tape. I've never encountered a UPS store like this before

Zero star rating is accurate for this place. Avoid this location. Rude and unhelpful. Worst “customer service”, if you can call it that, ever encountered at a UPS Store. There were 3 employees not doing anything except giving us a difficult time to make a return. They curtly told us to get out of the way so they could help other customers, and there was no one else there! The overall google 2.3 stars is overly generous. OTHER UPS locations often waive having the Amazon return unboxed or offer tape to seal the box for FREE. Don’t patronize this UPS location. They obviously think the customer works for them, not vise versus. We definitely will never go back and will share our experience to warn others.
