Went to mail a package, and the employee made me wait while they sat on a stool playing a flute. First thing they asked me for was my phone number and said UPS needed it in case I was mailing poison and UPS needed to identify me. I said I didn't want to be data mined, and the employee told me to go to the USPS and flipped me off.
I went to USPS.

This store cooperates with Bounce Luggage Storage and can store passengers' luggage. As long as you register and pay on the Bounce website first, you can store your luggage in this store. The employees are very patient. Thank you for their patience in communicating with us and letting us Very at ease

Went there around 1:30 PM on Saturday, June 8. There were two staff members. One of them, I couldn't tell if they were a guy or a girl, had a real attitude while helping me with my package, like I was asking for a huge favor. Where do they find people like this?!

UPS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Their procedures on this island are so ridiculous- first off they can’t tell you what name is on the outside of the package as if it’s some huge secret - so if you can multiple people living in the same house - you’ll have no idea who’s package it is unless you call customer service (not the UPS store) and wait for hours to talk to a person - it’s the most ridiculous policy I’ve ever heard of - as if anyone can’t just look on the outside of the box to read the name on it ?
Then, I went online to change delivery from picking up at this store (which is the worst location btw cause there’s no parking around the store and there are homeless people everywhere trying to steal the stuff in your car while you go in) - I even included delivery instructions to leave the package by the elevator and I signed my notice they left so they can release the package and leave it.
Instead, they decide that I “refused” the package - without ever speaking to me or following instructions or even trying to deliver it - all they had to do was leave it… and now it’s being returned to sender??? It’s absolutely ridiculous- don’t use UPS to ship anything to anyone on this island

Always had a great experience here except today. I needed to scan something to my email, and they informed me that it costs $2.75 per page, after i had already scanned it, which seemed very high. Then they offered to give it to me for $1 per page, as a special price, but said that they would give me 50% off that, but stil l $.50 per page to scan a document to myself.. I didn’t print anything, or use their ink, or their paper, so why does it cost more to scan something then it does to print? Anyway, i asked if their prices are posted anywhere, and they said no.
Still, i didn’t raise any issue with them, and yet they were extremely aggressive with me, telling me that “the price is the price, i don’t set the price, in fact im giving you a deal”. It’s hard to explain, but they were extremely aggressive. Then, a woman came to the store asking about a package, it was 5:56, and they yelled at her to “get out”, when she mentioned that there’s 4 minutes to close, the guy tending the counter walked aggressively towards her and said “come here, i’ll check”, the anger was palpable.
Anyway, it’s hard to explain, they were just super aggressive all around, and for no reason, neither myself nor the woman were rude.

Excellent female staff. The ladies were patient and helpful with each customer, all of us with unique struggles lol.One thing that would facilitate efficiency is to have the employees certified to notarize documents.

Utilized this locations pack and ship services and was thoroughly impressed with the care and service of Kawi! He did an excellent job protecting my items with the dual layers of air packaging and I appreciate his care adding the extra strip of cardboard down the closing seam. Prices were a bit higher than what I was initially quoted but for piece of mind go with Kawi and a huge mahalo to him!!!

It is ok if you need quick copy of a few pages.I needed to print 100 pages off USB. The usb has maybe 20MB and i can open the files on my windiws 10 at homeTheir printer cannot open my usbTheir back computer cannot open it either "bc the usb is too large"Their computer for all customers to use is broken akready for a weekPeople working there are often not skilled.. They are friendly but cannot help. I had some ppl mess up my print job. One of the problems is their office computer is so far fromthe front desk so it is hard to tell them what to print.Overalk this is ok for small quick copies and maybe sending print jobs by email but it is not a serious print shop.

Employees are always helpful. They have the right box for anything and make sure it's safely packed.
