Ups in general is wack. Usps is so much better. Drivers always trying to not work and mark things as "attempted to deliver" but don't even try. And then good luck tracking your package down, lucky if you get a real person anywhere. Too spoiled and lazy.

I have been returned many times, and there is no notice. The phone is always unable to get in. It‘s all transferred to the customer service that I don’t know where. I can‘t understand English. I can’t pick up the goods by myself. I don‘t know what’s going on. I don‘t dare to send goods in ups. I can’t receive the package, and I can‘t contact the express delivery.?

Horrible service was received at this Honolulu airport service center on 10/31/2023. We just tried to drop a package for shipping. The ups staff on duty that time was so incapable. Her incompetence irritated the customers especially with long wait and she called security. We have been ups loyal customers for both personal and business purpose, we love the company. We hope UPS could hire some employees with good customer service skills. The service center doesn’t deserve any stars because of the staff like her.

Toward the end of Lagoon Drive on the right. Super helpful and friendly staff but know there are no packing materials or packing assistance, if you need it. It’s a UPS hub and not a UPS store.

Went there on Friday at around 1150 I know they close at 12 but that’s the quickest that I could make it, went there and the lady at the desk kept telling me they couldn’t find my package and eventually was told that my package was being sent back to sender. I was very confused since I got an email the night before from the manager that my package will be held at the location for 5 business days so I’m not sure why it was being back to sender so suddenly, as I made a long drive and had to inconvenience myself I was very stressed and frustrated. I know it’s not the workers fault as they were just doing their job however I’m disappointed in the communication within the company if my package was being sent back to the sender why send me that email. Please do better! I’m hoping my sender doesn’t send the package through UPS and fedex because this never happened.

Expected a package to be delivered today. I signed up last night for notifications of delivery or delays via text. Waited the whole day for my package and nothing so I decided to check the status online. “Delivery Address Incomplete” although I made sure to type in my address correctly so this doesn’t happen.I went ahead and updated the address.I did not get any notification of the delay/issue. Had I not checked the status online I probably would still be waiting for myPackage to be delivered.

Above and beyond! This isn't about the customer center, but rather one of the drivers in the Mililani area. I had set out a box in our garage for UPS with a note attached "Amazon return" as I usually do for returns. However, the UPS driver knocked on our door and asked where the box was. We realized our USPS postal carrier must have misunderstood and taken it when they delivered our mail a few minutes before. I was in chat with Amazon asking what to do when the UPS driver knocked again to give me a receipt because he had just chased down our USPS truck and got it from them! Thank you so much!

I was shipping a heavy (58 pound) professional camera and the purchaser sent me a prepaid UPS label. Because of the high insured value I was told I could only go to a UPS owned/managed facility so the agent could examine the shipment and sign additional UPS generated paperwork. This is the only UPS owned facility in Honolulu. It has a large parking lot and I was pleased to see heavy duty carts available for customer use. The UPS website says it’s open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm but a hand lettered stick-on on the sign by the door said it actually closes at 12:30 pm.The single UPS counter agent was officiously friendly. She had me cut open the tape to examine the camera. She said spare batteries could not be shipped. I explained this ARRI camera was manufactured in 1996 and I think it pre-dates lithium ion batteries. We had to look in the manual for “ampere hours” she called some sort of UPS help desk (who told her it was fine). She then wanted to look up the battery on the internet.Fortunately the ARRI was purchased by a dealer and when I called him he was able to convince her these were NiCad batteries with no in-flight fire risk. The whole process took half an hour with a huge line building up and going out the door.UPS needs to staff this facility better and needs to either change the hours on their website to reflect reality, or actually be open when the UPS website says it will be open.I gave two stars here, rather than one, because they had carts and finally accepted my shipment.

The drivers throw a note on the mailbox and don’t even try to deliver the package. I paid extra to have it held at their location in Honolulu to pick it up. I went at 2 and they were closed due to staff shortages. No worries, even though it is a two hour round trip for me, things happen. I asked someone who worked security there where to go the next day and he told me to go to the security gate and they could help me and that they close at 12pm. The next day, I got there as soon as I could due to doctors appointments and got there about 11:40. At the gate they told me to park next to the entrance and someone would come to help me. I waited for about 15 mins and got worried about them closing soon. I asked them kindly if I got here too late since they close in 5 minutes. I can understand I got there only a bit before they were closing and maybe if they were busy I just got there too late. His response was wild. He yelled at me asking me why I came to that gate instead of going to the office and told me nobody here is going to help me. He yelled asking why I had just sat in my car for 15 mins and just waited for them to close if I wanted my package. This was the same man that told me to wait there. I said I would go to the office and he said well they close VERY promptly and probably wouldn't be open anymore. I tried and got there right as they locked the gate. Honestly I was so shocked and taken off guard by how he yelled at me, I cried in my car afterwards. The way I was treated was abhorrent. I went into this trying to be understanding that they may feel overworked due to the aforementioned staff shortages but this was just flat out unacceptable. I called ups for help getting the package and was told to use their website before they hung up on me. I still haven’t gotten my package and hope I can get it before they send it back, but I don’t know if I should keep my hopes up.

Went to the customer center 2 working days in a row to pick up a package. Day one, Friday, arrived at 2:30 pm. Gate locked the center was closed. No sign or explanation why they are closed as they supposed to be open until 4:30pm. Day 2 the very next Monday, leave work early to get my package and the same exact thing, gate locked, customer center closed. Called the number google gave me and get a person with a foreign accent and not of the customer care center. He tells me the center should be open and open until 4:30. I tell him otherwise, and he is not able to tell me why it is closed. At the very least, hang a darn sign out to give us information on what time the center is open so we can get our packages. UPS lost me money, as the item I need to pick up was supposed to be used for an event over the past weekend. But because I was not able to pick it up, I was not able provide the service. And what gets me also, is that I pay UPS for them to hold my packages at the center so that I may pick it up at my convenience.Terrible service.

If I can give this center 0 stars I would have but I'm stuck with a 1 star. So apparently my package had made 3 attempts to be delivered to me but I haven't received any phone calls nor was there a little note saying that they missed me. So I called UPS, and they say my package is at this center. So I left work early just to make it before that 430pm close time, I arrived at 4 pm and it was closed. 40 min drive there and a longer drive back due to rush hour traffic. Get it together UPS. Unacceptable.

I had a package being delivered, but it kept failing to deliver with no call and no note placed on my mailbox. Then they tell me that it is being held at 128 mokuea place honolulu. I googled the location and it said it was open until 4:30pm, so I got off work early to head out there and arrive by 3pm to a locked gate with no people around, no sign, nothing. I started to head to the side of the property where I was told by a security guard that you have recently changed the hours to close daily at 12:30pm. Needless to say I am frustrated. And now my package is going to be returned and I have to start this whole ordeal over again. I wish amazon would allow me to choose FedEx instead.

Horrible. Not even trying to diagnose and fix their problem.Online, it says Mon - Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm.Today is Friday, and I had to get off work early and drove long hour to meet this time since I typically get off at 5pm.And guess what? They have put the sticker (looks like it's been there for a long time) that the hour is 8:30am to 12:30pm.CHANGE YOUR TIME OR PUT THE PHONE NUMBER SO WE CAN DIRECRLY CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS.You are welcome. I personally changed the hours on my own. I guess I should run this location.
