Anytime I come the is always in an incredibly bad mood and condescending. I wish leadership or their corporate would look into this because this is a big problem for the military families. May just spend the gas going somewhere else.

Stephen is an all-star employee, a super-capable multitasker and very patient with those who have special needs.

Steve or “Stephan?” (tall white guy) was extremely friendly and helpful. I had 8 big moving boxes to ship and he helped make the process quick and easy. These boxes were turned away at the UPS hub but Steve helped me out to get them shipped.

The do not accept military IDs. Nor do they acknowledge state driver’s licenses that do not expire.

I enjoy every time I go to this location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful! I'm greeted with smiles and hell is. They even know my name!! I'm never rushed when it's my turn either. Yes, I will sorely miss this office when I leave.

I would give them a zero for the same amount of service they provided...zero service. I made an appointment online. We got there 15 minutes early and the notary guy wasn't there yet. We came back at our appointment time, and then there were 3 people in front of us in line. They were not honoring appointment times as they just had a line that both walk ins and people with appointments stood in. After waiting 30 minutes we finally got our turn. I explained to the notary that we had our mortgage contract signed by a different UPS notary a few days ago and that the notary accidentally signed in a place he wasn't supposed to sign. The notary in front of me then proceeded to tell me he was "uncomfortable signing" our documents because "the statement was too general". The statement simply states " Signed, and sealed in the presence of:" and then has the notary, witness, and our signature lines. He said he would do it by adding an extra page about hawaii notary and would charge us an extra fee for that paper and signature for each of our 4 copies we needed. The previous notary, also at The UPS Store charged us a total of $25, $10 for the notary, and a $15 clerks fee. This guy tells me he is going to charge $25 per piece of paper ($5 per signature, 1 total notary per page, then mine and my husband's signature per page plus the witness) then he also says he'll charge another $10 per the extra page he wants to include (so $140 total). The original notary at the other UPS Store notarized 14 signatures x 4 copies, plus 3 witness signatures and we were only charged $25 total. If this UPS notary had the entire contract, he would have been trying to charge us $440 according to thier fees!!! Then at the end my husband was getting upset and asking the guy why he was trying to charge so much more and why he couldn't do what other notaries had done without any issues. I told my husband not to bother with it and to just forget about it, we'd go back to the other store. I did however ask the notary why if we made an appointment, nobody was honoring those appointments by calling people up that had appointments. He was not rude, and neither was I, but he gave an absolutely ridiculous answer that they were down a notary. I said "okay, thank you, I understand. " But actually, I was just being nice because that's a cop out answer. Nobody was calling anyone up that made appointments. It had nothing to do with being short staffed. They just use a walk-in type service, and that's all there is to it. That's fine, but don't allow appointments online if you don't actually offer that service. The notary was never rude, but I feel he was "nicely swindling" people out of their money. He would not sign a statement that simply said he was present when we signed. We each had 2 forms of picture ID, and it seemed he just wanted extra money. If you don't feel comfortable signing something saying you saw the signature happen, and in essence agree to the identity of the signer and validate the signature...that is literally the job of a notary. His license should be revoked. I cannot imagine how many elderly have fallen prey to this person.

I want to give a huge S/O to HARRY at UPS at the NEX location. Needed to ship multiple boxes to my new home in Las Vegas, NV. Harry took the time to listen, and suggested consolidating to 2 bigger UPS boxes making shipping items cheaper. A 5-star experience for me as a repeat customer. Mahalos braddah!

My wife just had to make a return and was not familiar with certain items needing their own packaging. So whoever this guy with long hair idk if it's local or not. Be kind to ur customers. You don't have to like your customers or job, but please, no need to be rude.Other UPS stores have been fine otherwise.

Nowhere online does it say Notary services aren’t available until 1030. The customer service in this place is nonexistent.

I needed to make an Amazon return and was expecting it to take a while, but this place made the return so fast! I went on a Thursday at about 10:45am and there were 4 workers helping people quickly. I was immediately called forward by one of the workers and he gave clear instructions. Put my item in the scale, he scanned my return QR code from amazon, processed it, and told me I was done. It was so quick I asked, "that's all?" and he said yes and I left very happy. I was in and out within 2 minutes which was amazing! Normally I have to wait a few minutes, but this place was quick and the worker I had knew exactly what he was doing. Highly recommend for Amazon returns. Also: Anyone can access this location. You do not need to be military. It is outside of the NEX entrance on the left of the ATMs.

Crowded and busy, but friendly help. Great location to set up a mailbox while you’re in the middle of a move.

Mixed. Staff is great and they've helped out plenty. Staffing is odd. I come in on a random Thursday and there are 5 employees and I'm in and out in 3 mins. Come on a Saturday and there are only 2 employees and the line is going out the door.

Park at NEX. There's a small kiosk selling bags and keychains in front. And small food stands. No line. Fast and efficient Amazon return! Yay!

Incredibly disappointing. I checked the website prior to visiting checking out rates and such for a mailbox. Prior to walking the 2 miles to get there, it would have been incredibly nice to know that the mailboxes were only for military personnel. If this was on the website I totally missed it.
