This is not a UPS drop off. When UPS incorrectly delivers a package to ur home I cld not find anywhere I cld drop off the package. The phone numbers listed anywhere on the internet on Oahu do not connect u to the delivery company. So u cannot get anyone to pick up the incorrectly delivered package. Drug dealers send random packages to random homes with random names then politely knock on ur door and ask if u received a random package. Police won't believe ur not a drug runner.

Bad location. 2nd floor, bad parking, unfriendly employees (albeit the holiday rush).

Terrible experience and worse customer service. Unwilling to help and offer tape to simply place label. Do yourself a favor and go to the ups store by palama supermarket.

I use this for UPS shipments that are too large for the drop box. It's inside the Longs the second east floor of Ala Moana Center. You'll have go to the register in the back, near the doors that exit into the mall. The employees at those registers can scale packages and accept them for drop off. It's the closest drop off for me and there is usually plenty of parking across the street. I just wish I didn't have to walk all the way through the store with my packages. I always have my packages pre labeled, I don't think they can print labels for you.

Should have a zero rating. UPS left a note on my door since I wasn't there to receive delivery. UPS left the box at Longs Drugs, dated December 24 2021. I'm unable to get to Longs Drugs. I made at least a dozen calls to the UPS 1-800 phone number, and the UPS auto system not connecting me with an agent more times than I could count. UPS 1st agent spoke with such a heavy accent with all words running together without pause I hadn't an idea what was transacted between us. Called UPS again the next day and UPS female assured me that priority was placed on re-delivery of my package. Next day UPS Margaret called from Oahu, placing the onus on me to go get the package myself. "How do you get to work?" "How do you get around?" Finally had to go next door and ask my neighbors to accept the package from UPS if I wasn't home and reluctantly they agreed. This to make Margaret happy. Margaret called me back, because she said, "No phone number for UPS to give to you ". UPS Margaret took neighbors information, BUT the box was finally delivered by UPS 2 days later than I was told. December 24 till January 07 reconfirms my great dislike of UPS. HIGH PRICES, POOR SERVICE AT MAILING SITES, AND NOW, ROTTEN DELIVERY SERVICE. And yet I see the delivery vans on the property EVERY DAY, YES EVERY SINGLE DAY! DONT OVER PROMISE BECOMES BULL ___T BIG TIME. PAY ADEQUATE AGENTS TO ASSIST CLIENTS, AT LEAST SPEAKING ENGLISH. AND DONT PLACE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMPANIES ERRORS ON CLIENTS; THIS THE LOWEST LEVEL FOR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS. UPS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

Just before our recent travel, my husband was helping me with dishwashing duties when one of our French Pillivuyt porcelain dinner plates "slipped" from his hands as he was putting the just rinsed plate onto the dish rack. The dinner plate shattered into pieces when it landed squarely onto our COREtec vinyl plank flooring. My husband surprisingly said, "I thought porcelain was durable and didn't break?!" Hrumph! I didn't want to get upset because we had been using this French white porcelain set for over 20 years and knew that I had seven more complete sets, so I let the breakage slide as I helped sweep and vacuum our floor. I remembered that I had received a catalog from Williams-Sonoma (WS) where I purchased, 20 years ago, the Pillivuyt porcelain from and knew they still had the same classic style. Fortunately, WS had a warehouse sale, but unfortunately, Hawai'i's Williams-Sonoma closed last year, so I had to order them online. I ordered the replacement, and within four days, a box arrived at my door. When I picked up the box, I heard clinking sounds which told me something was broken inside. Upon opening the box, I found two broken plates out of the four replacements. I quickly called WS to return the damaged product and requested a replacement. The excellent customer service from WS initiated a return authorization and UPS return label and sent out a replacement. I left the unopened interior packing intact, placed the return authorization in the box, sealed and labeled the box. I then searched for the closest and convenient UPS site to me and found this location listed in the CVS/Longs Drugs Store at Ala Moana Center. It was surprising to me as we're often in Ala Moana Center and have never noticed UPS in the CVS/Longs Drugs before. Walking in from the mall-side entrance, I found the UPS Access Point at the cashiers' counter. Seeing that I was holding a box, the two other cashiers directed me to stand in line on the left side. Ryan was the cashier/UPS associate who received my package and sent me the receipt via text. The process was quick, easy, and convenient. Now that I know about this UPS Access Point in CVS/Longs Drugs at Ala Moana Center, I can even direct some of my online purchases to be delivered here instead of having them sit out in the hallway of our condominium building. Also, this location has lots of free and convenient parking.
