I was impressed by how friendly the staff was and how eager they were to help!
Rooms: I happened to be able to look at other hotel rooms, and I praised myself for making the right choice. Compared to the two-room ocean view room, the room, living room, toilet, and shower room here are much more spacious. I decided to take this into consideration for my father, who uses a wheelchair, but there is still room even in a wheelchair and the circulation is good.
Nearby activities: I was concerned that the swimming pool was small because I have children, but I was glad that I could watch them without having to chase them.
Safety: You can only press the elevator floor if you have a room key.
Walkability: It is so well maintained that my father, who uses a wheelchair, can move around freely.
Food and drinks: I didn't request breakfast because there was a kitchen, but I tried it on the day of check-out, and it was more delicious than I expected and there was a lot of variety, so I regretted not requesting breakfast. Eggs Benedict is delicious! Egg dishes such as omelettes were prepared right away, and there was also rice, miso soup, and natto. If I had known, I would have taken 1 natto a day.. unfortunately... ㅠㅠ
In addition to Inyo Cafe (breakfast restaurant), there is a restaurant to the right of the check-in lobby, which was great for a light snack and beer.
Noteworthy details: The concierge on the G floor lends out water play equipment for free. Parking is valet only. There were tongs and scissors in the kitchen. Oh, maybe because there was a washing machine that doubled as a dryer, there was no drying rack.

This place is truly special! Even to the very special thought given to the name. The rooms are spectacular and beautifully decorated. The views are amazing, and the spaces will be even more exceptional after the renovation!

So many great things to share about Ka La'i Waikiki.
An amazing welcome from Ami and the team. We were made to feel like we were being welcomed home and nothing was too much trouble.
Our family are here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and we were gifted a beautiful bottle of prosecco. Additionally, the team congratulated us throughout our stay and made us feel like real VIPs.
Our room is well appointed, large and clean with a luxurious bathroom and amazing Byredo amenities. The rooms are condo style, with small kitchens but still feel like luxury suites due to the high quality furniture and linens.
The location is super convenient, around 2 mins walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from the shops and restaurants of Waikiki.
The hotel itself has an amazing infinity pool. We were worried it would be too small and therefore crowded but throughout our stay we've been able to use it and always get a lounger and space to swim.
We've stayed in some amazing hotels all around the world and this one is up there as one of the best, the staff make it exceptional and we highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere where you're made to feel special and looked after.
Big thanks from us to the whole team, but especially to Ami who went above and beyond throughout our stay.
Rooms: Large luxurious rooms, huge beds, super clean, great housekeeping team, amazing bathroom suites and amenities
Walkability: Easy walk to shops, restaurants, galleries and beach. Close to trolley stop if you want to travel further
Food and drinks: In-Yo serves amazing breakfast. Poolside you can be served cocktails, beers and soft drinks as well as typical bar snacks.

Arriving at hotel was a experience in customer service excellence...from valet to the front desk there was smiles and courtesy shown at highest levels. Our front desk check in persons KATHY and Alex went above and beyond to make us feel welcomes and cared for. She got us checked in early and to a beautiful room. Very few hiltons still make diamond members feel valued but at this hotel the opposite is true. Diamond status at this hotel still means something. A hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of waikiki.

It was great to have everything in the kitchen, and it was great that it was like a small condo.
I was so selfish and requested BIRTHDAY, but I was so happy with the surprise cake and bubbles.
Room service is also available.
I was on a lower floor, but I was given a room with an ocean view, and the fireworks at the end were a great bonus.I would stay there again. This time, I booked a hotel early and went to a higher floor.

Since last month, it has become a Hilton affiliated hotel, so I stayed there using the free weekend night benefit. The room had a good view of the ocean and Fort DeRussy Park, and the room with a kitchen was spacious and comfortable.Japanese was available at the front desk, so there was no inconvenience in communicating.Rooms: We had a great view of the ocean, and the room, bathroom, and kitchen were spacious and comfortable.Food & drinks: The pancakes and acai bowl I ordered from room service were very delicious.

Everything was very good. The ocean view was also great. It was nice not having to worry about the room next door from the lanai. There is a kitchen and everything you need. I received a free tumbler. You need to ask the front desk for the Wi-Fi password. Room service was also reasonably priced and delicious.

This was the best stay I have ever had in Waikiki, and it is %100 worth the value. Staff, valet & maid service deserve the highest rating. The environment is most luxurious. On the 26th floor, as a family of 5, we upgraded to a 3 bedroom / bathroom ocean view suite that includes a kitchen, dining, and living room. The view we had was incredibly beautiful every moment. Very spacious and accommodating, design is great. Our other family members who we brought to visit highly praised the suite, and we had great gatherings. The beds are very soft and comfortable. This truly was the ultimate vacation stay that I will never forget. Thank you for your service and God Bless Trump International Hotel!

Yes, I I'm staying in room 1212 and I ordered food and the refusing. To let the driver come up on a Disable person. And then they told me that it would be a $5 delivery fee for the hotel people to bring it to me. I'm really surprised for the amount of money that I paid for this room that I would be put through this. I'm disabled and I cannot believe that they don't are not willing to help out me or that delivery driver that is willing to bring it up. Wouldn't even let me bring it up. So I really would suggest staying somewhere else next time.
