this product is absolute junk - do not make eye contact and do not buy it. Read the better business review - the company has a very low rating with many angry people. Pissed customer on you tube has an excellent video on her experience - do not make eye contact when they approach you - and walk away

Trying to reach them to return $12,000 worth of product that I was bullied into purchasing. Never opened. I was told by the general Tresor-Rare Customer service line that it had to be returned where purchased. Now I can't even reach them (Honolulu). What a scam.

I found the reviews I just read funny because it happened to my husband and I too! They are good sales people outside with their pitch. I could go on and on about what they said and did wrong.. since I'm actually in the business.. but the part that gets me is that I was actually interested in their eye glue that took away my bags (as the girl said I must have had too many Mai Tais the night before.. lol I didn't even drink.. ummmm rude! ) but when I said we didn't have our wallet on us and I could come back later they literally kicked me out of the store it was funny.. When I walked out I told my husband I felt like Julia Roberts Pretty Woman saying "Big Mistake" ... I had the money to spend. Shame on you. Your loss oh well. Oh.. BTW. My eye went back to normal when the glue wiped off. Hello Mai Tai bags, LOL.

I was on a 2 day cruise that stopped in Nassau. As my friend and I were exploring the shops, a darling young woman, Mary, convinced us to come inside the Tresor Rare store to experience their products. The staff was charming. When Leo demonstrated the products on my face, it was undeniable how amazing they were, from the Ultimate Pearl Facial Peel, the Relaxor Thermal Mask and Essence, The Relaxor Cream, The 60 Seconds Express Lift, Cleansing Mouse/Toner and more! We were there for over 4 hours. I purchased several products and cannot begin to express how lovely my skin feels after I use each one. I finally know I am doing something to love my sun damaged skin. The products are packaged beautifully. The company emailed me very clear instructions about how and when to use each product. Customer service responded immediately to my inquiry. No doubt, the products are pricey, but worth every penny. Many thanks to Mary, Leo and David for spending so much time with me, showing me all the Tresor Rare products.

Beware of thieves. This location is operated by criminals. They are committing absolute fraud. My wife and I went to Hawaii for the first time in May 2019. While walking around near the hotel, she was approached on the street to let a sales representative sample their eye product. To validate she was old enough to try the sample and prove her identity for some reason, they asked for her driver's license, a credit card, and her signature consenting to have the sample applied. The rep acted as if he was writing down her name from her ID then returned it. They tried some eye cream on her, then a skin softening technique on her arm with some kind of light. They began pitching their high priced goods, but my wife wasn't interested in buying. The salesman told her that he'd put some product aside for her until she could discuss the purchase with her husband (me). Before she ever saw me again that day, they called back insisting that she make the purchase. She again told them she wasn't interested. Late that evening, she mentioned the encounter with the salesman, and asked who could be buying such high priced cosmetic products. She might wear makeup 5 days out of any given year, so such an expensive product seemed obscene to her to even think about purchasing. Fast forward until late September, 2019. I see a charge for $916 on my credit card. Looking back over statements, I find a recurring charge of $139 every month being made under one of two different company names. The most recent name was Tresor Rare Maui. Chase opened a fraud case immediately and reversed the charges, but the investigation is ongoing and possibly could side in the favor of Tresor Rare if they produce credible, fabricated documentation showing a purchase of goods and services. My wife purchased nothing that day, received nothing that day, and still receives no goods or services to this day. Using carnival barker tactics and some well orchestrated slight of hand, the salesman fabricated a contract resulting in an installment plan for over $1500 that doesn't even reference what they claim they sold her. Steer clear of this operation and the shysters that are operating it. They should be shut down and imprisoned.

This is definitely a scam!!! I was told by Jakob Giovanni I would receive refills for 12 months. I purchased the products on March 10th and I took some products with me as well as my first month of products with me that day!! Jessica gave my credit card company false information and said Jakob mailed me my products on March 25th which was a lie!!!! He mailed me toner that he had failed to put in my bag!! They charged my credit card $386.42 for 3 different months and I shipped back the empty bottles that I was told to mail back!! And for some odd reason they keep coming back to me! Even aftcard!!!er he sent me a new address that they had moved to a different building supposedly 2 buildings down!! I had to file 3 different disputes against Vish (Tresor Rare) because they wasn't doing what they told me in March what they said they would do!! They keep charging my credit card and not sending me anything!! That's not only bad business it's fraudulent, misleading and a SCAM!!! I have had to file a police report, file a report with the BBB and also Federal Trade Commission. As well as a lawyer! I'm out $3,091.72 that's charged on my credit card!

I am so surprised that this is even legal. My mother is approaching 60 and looks amazing for her age. We were running late for reservations and were basically dragged in by the arm into the place. They were not only RUDE but also extremely aggressive (taking a credit card out of my hand, touching my face and my mother's body without any warning). They promised us "free facials" if we purchased a face cream. When we went to get the facials they said they don't DO FACIALS- they only do "teaching lessons" of showing you how to apply the product. They kept saying "money comes and goes... you only have one face". They pointed out flaws all over my mother's body and told me that I had big pores and needed to take better care of my skin. He told us that we would get 50% off because he wanted us to see these changes and took the credit card out of my hand (he never told us the product was $12,000!!!!! that's 3 zeros for only ONE FACE CREAM). He came back frantically saying the card was declined and asked us if we told the bank we were in Hawaii. He forced us to call our credit card company and told my mother what to say word for word. The card company said the card was declined because he tried to charge us $2,000 over our credit limit. My mom was sitting there with her jaw on the floor when she heard the amount he tried to charge us. He still had our card at this point and was trying to come up with excuses. He told us he'd only charge us $4,000 and give us 2 years of "maintenance" products for free. He took the card to the scanner again and said "if it's meant to be, it's meant to be". It didn't go through once again but he came back and said he gave us another $150 discount for it to go through. When the receipt came out to over $4,400, I reminded my mother and the salesman that it was only the 5th of the month and that we still had 25 days to go... and the credit limit was at the max. The salesman said "oh just go on the app and pay it off". I looked at him like he was stupid and said "yeah mom do you have $5,000 in your checking account???? because I don't". This IS illegal and the entire company should be taken down. Not only was the salesman a repulsive liar (lying about being in the military, having a daughter, etc.), he was pushy, rude, and disrespectful. This is a situation no one should ever be in. Luckily, I am young and have seen online plenty of scams, but my mother (who doesn't have social media) believed ever lie this man told. Protect our older community from scams like this one. I have already started a report to the better business bureau. If you want to see them lying first hand; read the reviews on youtube and Yelp, then look at the "reviews" on their website (all 5 stars).

I met Jennifer in Nassau Bahamas while there are on a cruise. Her enthusiasm and customer service made me feel confident and interested in trying this new product. I look forward to my skin looking younger and a big thank you to Jennifer for her great customer service!

Had a great experience in Treasor Rare I've been using their creams for many years and out of all places this shop provided the best and most exquisite customer service. Also, the variety they carry is vast and I've seen some products that aren't sold in other Tresor Rare shops. I'd recommend an early morning visit since it gets busier around noon. This way you get all the attention lol

These people pressure tourists into buying product at inflated prices and then do not tell them there is a no return policy on shipped items. The just gladly tell you the ship for free! I was scammed out of several thousand dollars. I was told a return claim was started but nothing ever became of it. I refused the product so now they have their product and my money. Have contacted the customer service number several times and nothing. Now have to hire a lawyer to pursue a case against them. Do not buy anything from any of these stores!
