“I bought a truck from a dealership in California and was overwhelmed by the process of finding a good auto transport broker that was reliable, recommended, legit and local. I was very skeptical of the massive businesses who blew up my phone and are still sending me countless emails; these corporations tended to have horrible reviews online. I was also wary of and didn't trust the smaller businesses with different DBAs who quoted me prices that seemed too good to be true then I couldn't find their information under the DOT registry; these had no reviews online. Eventually I figured out the average estimate provided by the mediocre big transporters and I decided to give a local business listed on Yelp a try. I'm so glad that I found Coastal Auto Shipping! The staff are very professional, courteous, prompt, honest, low-pressure and true to their word. The entire experience was positive, reassuring and pleasant. I don't see how any clients could rate them anything less than 5 stars. The guys are all about excellent customer service, accurate information prior to shipping your vehicle, total peace of mind with picking up your car once on island. I will absolutely be hiring this business again in the future and referring them to my friends. I'm glad that I chose not to buy a car on island from a local dealership; I found exactly what I wanted on the mainland for far less and even after paying shipping still saved $$$$ compared to what it would have cost me here in town. Coastal Auto Shipping helped tremendously and I highly recommend their services to you.”

“Excellent service and pricing for shipping "hard to ship" items to Hawaii. It's been difficult shipping lithium batteries and car parts to Hawaii, but Ship to Hawaii provided a reasonable shipping alternative through their warehouse in California.”
“The customer service for Honolulu Freight Service was a life saver in arranging delivery to Joint Base Pearl Harbor. They was very responsive to my needs and help coordinate the urgent delivery to my customer. Great service.”
“I booked round-trip Airport to hotel transfers with Robert's and it was well worth every penny. Staff at airport were very helpful, nice clean shuttle, and kind driver loaded the bags quickly. As we drove to hotel highlights along the way were pointed out, historical information shared, just a really nice ride. Pick up was smooth, another nice clean air conditioned bus and knowledgeable driver. A++ service, highly recommended”
“Easy to book and convenient service. Staff are professional and made it a fun experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a shuttle service. Cheaper than a taxi or Uber.”

My mom has been going to dialysis for over four years, and RMB has been providing the transport service for her dialysis treatments. The drivers are courteous, and my mom knows all the drivers by name. I've communicated with Marilyn, the dispatcher, and Ryan, who confirms reservations. Marilyn tends to talk fast, and some people would initially take it the wrong way. However, from the drivers and other people who utilize RMB, Marilyn means well since she's always receiving calls from patients, hospitals, and health plans. My mother has ridden with other companies, and she still prefers RMB since their vans and equipment are maintained.”

2841 Pukoloa St, Honolulu“I am writing this because there are no Japanese reviews.
I rented it twice during my stay in Hawaii.
It was located right next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village called Marina Parking, and was a few minutes walk from the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
I went to the 5th floor to pick up the HUI Corolla, inspected it to some extent, unlocked it using the app, drove it, and opened the bar in the parking lot by touching the card on the left side of the driver's seat to the bar machine in the parking lot.
The gas card was hidden under the mat in the passenger seat.
I have unlimited access to smartphones in the United States, so I don't have any problems with reception, but in the suburbs where smartphone reception is poor, it may be difficult to open and close doors.
Car insurance is only minimal, so I don't recommend it for people who are not used to driving in Hawaii.
This was my third time driving, so driving in Hawaii was easier than driving in Tokyo or Osaka.
I was especially surprised to find that the driving manners in Hawaii are much better than in Japan, and the locals are so kind that it's only natural that they'll yield to you.
Due to the weak yen and inflation, the price of HUI was quite high when converted into Japanese yen, but parking in Waikiki is expensive, so I think it's a smart choice to rent only when you need it, rather than renting it all the time and paying for it.
The support staff only speaks English, so it's best to assume you speak English.
E-mail responses are fast, which is good, but business hours are limited, so if you have any trouble, you might be in trouble❓
I used it to go to the North Shore, Kailua Beach, COSTCO, and Don Quijote, but if you're going around the island, it might be safer to rent a car.
Locking with an app may be a high hurdle.”

“We were in a pinch between Airbnb times. Marina and the staff were amazing and we were able to leave our bags here all day for super cheap! We would definitely use this place again! Thanks for everything”
